Unwilling to admit mistakes and take responsibility when charging their customers incorrectly. This chain used to be one of the higher end experiences, but sadly they have gone downhill. Save your money, there are plenty of gyms in the area that will offer professionalism and etiquette along with equipment from this century.

I originally gave this place 5 stars for the amazing faculty standards and establishment but after being convinced into signing up for pt and asking to get the refund ON THE DAY of purchase I was denied any refund.
People beware they are very aggressive with signing you up for personal training even if it means breaking up your consumer trust.
Used to gym with the Glendale facility on a consistent basis but not anymore after what happaned.
Im so disappointed how much they changed for the worst.
TLDR:
Everyone reading this review be aware of their PT Marketing Advances. They cater to your intentions of becoming healthier (which is good) but with deceptive fine print. Decline immediately! Or make sure to read the Terms of Service.

Kasia is great to have as an instructor...for Core and Zumba.. great core class and schedule works so much better for a lot of people.

Experience they wear shoes in the Sona, and the gym. Close too. Earley. That's not good, can we work on this, please ?? Everything else is good.

Not too crowded and clean. What keeps my grade from being 5 stars is that a good number of the machines are broken several weeks without being fixed and the dumbbell section is always crowded. They need to better communicate their members to rerack their dumbbells when they finish.

Mariette, the yoga instructor, is the reason I joined NYSC! Thankfully along the way I found additional benefits to being a member, but her classes are the highlight of my week. As she says, you come for yoga but stay for the pop culture! I stay for the humor and uplifting words. Thank you for all you unknowingly do for us for 45 mins a week Mariette.
