This place used to be a good place to print but recently they started ripping you off for printing. I needed to print 1 page and they charge $2.50. The guy there said it is because he has to get up, touch the computer and hit print for $2(computer fee)

Verónica , our rep, always showcases the best customer service. She answers all our emails and requests promptly and always has a great attitude. Her instructions when it comes to explaining the process or device set up are super thorough and she makes sure to check in to see if we are having any issues or confusion!

I had such an overwhelmingly positive experience with NYDCS— Veronica was so communicative and kind! She called me as soon as I emailed with my inquiry and talked me through all of the various options and what would work best for me and my needs. She even drove my order to my doorstep after hours and hand delivered the prints to me! I can tell this is a business that really cares about their clients and providing excellent, genuine customer service. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Emailed to place a print order for 2 different theatrical programs. Order was ready on time, correct and very decently priced. Veronica was incredibly kind, upbeat, and helpful- she even drove my order to my doorstep (literally) after business hours to ensure I had them on time. I will absolutely use this company again in the future for my programs.

The Glendale store is neither fancy or glam, but rest assured the folks inside are real gems. We brought in our antiquated, yet still workable printer for a minor repair. Problem solved - yet a glitch occurred when trying to print in color mode. We called the Yonkers location, and team Veronica and Sam came to the rescue immediately. Sam resurrected the color function remotely. Brilliant!

Wow!!! I cant even begin to explain how much I loved working with this company. For starters, my mom delivers their mail and the owners (husband and wife) take great care of my mom, offering coffees and warm faces.Their DIL Veronica was incredible to work with for an invitation order. Fast, efficient, creative, quality work, cost effective and A1 customer service. Definitely a business I will continue to support.Thank you ALL for ensuring our invitations came out perfect.
