Title: Beware of Scammer! Do NOT Buy from This Dealer!I wish I could give this car dealer zero stars! If you're reading this review, PLEASE heed my warning and avoid doing business with this person at all costs.I initially met this dealer on a rainy day, which was my first mistake. I was interested in purchasing a car and gave him a deposit on the vehicle without thoroughly inspecting it due to the inclement weather. However, I didn't finalize the purchase at that time, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. When I met with the dealer again to take a closer look at the car and complete the purchase, I noticed something horrifying. The car's undercarriage was freshly painted, and it looked absolutely dreadful. This was a clear attempt to conceal rust that had been hastily covered up. It was evident that this dealer was trying to pull off a major scam by selling me a lemon of a car with undisclosed rust issues.Naturally, I canceled the purchase immediately, given the unethical practices of this dealer. But here's the kicker: when I requested my deposit back, this scammer refused to return my money! It's unbelievable that someone could be so dishonest and heartless.I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this dealer like the plague. They are not to be trusted, and they will do anything to take your money without delivering a quality product. Save yourself the headache, stress, and financial loss by taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable dealers out there who will treat you fairly and honestly. In conclusion, one star is too generous for this dealer. I wish I had read a review like this before I ever encountered them. Don't make the same mistake I did - stay far away from this scam artist!

They offered an affordable price for the car. I spent money on a taxi and took time off from work to come to them. after talking with them, I came to their office half an hour later to buy a car, but they told me that they had sold the car. But the car was still up for sale and they started offering other cars. I realized that these are scammers and I do not advise anyone to buy and go to their office. This is a stupid act on their part and I am very disappointed with their act!

I’ll start with the fact that communicating with them on Facebook (where I found the car) was a pain, not to mention the rep LIED to me about the vehicle’s model just to get me to the lot. They have multiple lots with a fair amount of vehicles, but the reps reek of sham.I started with one sales person who knew “nothing” about the car (even though he made it sound like he owned the place), and when I started asking questions I was thrown at another sales person who knew absolutely nothing. The vehicle was clearly involved in an accident that was covered up (badly), maybe by the seller, or maybe by the dealer (they had a few damaged vehicles outside the lot in various stages of fixing as it seems), but the dealer claimed they know nothing about it but will not sell with any kind of warranty or insurance the vehicle is ok.Definitely not a place I’ll go back to, even if they have EXACTLY what I want.Take your business elsewhere. There are used car lot’s everywhere. Never buy a vehicle without a minimal guarantee from the dealer. They can afford it!

Literally do not come here. Listen to the bad reviews this place is a scam and will only give you 30 day warranty knowing they sold you a lemon and knowing a month isn't enough to see what's wrong with a car. They are shady people do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I don't know how many lawsuits they had but they're about to get another one.

I'm going to tell you all a story; NOTE:If there was a no stars or negative ... that's what I'd choose !! A man with not so great credit was looking for a new car, he got approved by West Lake and they sent him to Kapos Auto to find a car. He went to Kapos and found a vehicle. They insisted he use "their bank" not West Lake. So he obliged. Used their bank, made a deposit using someone else's card, who was not there or present or aware at the time of transaction. Morning after purchase car takes 3 tries to start, this occurred almost every day. Along with a rattling which as a former Nissan Pathfinder owner, I can tell you is the cat or the exhaust, they always rot. Calls made, messaged left for her aka Alexandra aka Elisabeth, whichever name she's using that day LOL Fast forward a week after purchase, man gets laid off, he's a union worker, so he gets a job in the next 3-4 weeks. The dealership begins calling him on or around March 29th telling him he needs to come back to restructure his contract. Being a working man he could not accommodate that request. April 1st he calls and makes payment... 10 days or so later the car won't unlock, key fob won't work, car won't start, nothing turns on. Stone dead. It took over 30 minutes hooked to another car to charge the battery enough to turn it on. He calls the dealership again. Now he finds out the bank cancelled his finance contract on April 5th. He gets notified from insurance that they can't insure the car as there's an issue with vehicle ownership. He never got the registration or the title. Fast forward the woman on the other end of this story now has lost over $4K on this car. $2,060 was ran on her card without her present or authorization. She was not advised until after the sale was completed. She brings vehicle down to dealership with promise from Alexandra Elizabeth or whatever her name is that they will work something out. Claims that the bank cannot finance the car again because the vin is flagged and the other bank cannot find someone with a 655 credit score in the system. B******** A few days go by, proof of social is provided, she still claims the bank cannot find this person with a 655 score. Woman says okay than I'm going to come in for my refund. Alexandra or Elizabeth or whatever her fake a** name is says OK.... I spend money on an Uber and she don't even have the courage to come inside and speak to me. She was strong armed by daddy and hubby. Frauds. Money hungry. Greedy people. Now the deposit was $545 and $2,060 totaling $2,605. The woman just wants the money ran on her card without her present refunded and they claim that I owe them more money for having the vehicle for the time I had it. Not really. The first month payment was made, the 2nd month of 382 can come out of the 545 - she just wanted back the $2060. The refuse. They are disgusting human beings. They are frauds. Their bank is a fraud. UACC is in on their b******** I contacted my card company. Im fighting it. I'm a single mom of 4 and don't deserve this. I already lost a car I have nothing now to get something else and they know it. ON TOP OF IT ALL THEIR CARS HAVE ISSUES AND THEY OWN THE FUCKIN PLACE INSPECTING THEM DOWN THE BLOCK!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND THEIR BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE SUPPORTED. GOOD LUCK KAPO... WATCH WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE ALL YOUR BUSINESSES INSPECTED.
