I always drop off my laundry here. May here is so nice. I only told her once how I like my laundry done and she always makes sure it gets done that way. I don’t even have to tell her any specifics. She’s the sweetest! Highlight recommend her and the service here. At times when I end up doing laundry on my own, I never have any issues. The machines are clean and gets the job done.

I drop my laundry here and it always a wonderful, calm experience. When I first used this laundromat, the owner asked me about my preferences - which detergent to use, if I wanted to use dryer sheets or not, and temperature. I've never been given those options at other laundromats and since I have sensitive skin, historically have done my own washing with my own detergent. Other laundromats use crazy hot heat to dry - it's faster maybe, but I've had underwear and other elastics literally melt. I don't worry about this at all with Grand Laundromat - everything always comes out perfect. To top it off, the owner always remembers my preferences without my having to remind her. It could have been sitting there for days, but she also always remembers my bag and grabs it for me as I walk in the door! And there's parking... and it's reasonably priced... so glad I found this place!

Be careful of people who do not answer simple questions. I ask what is the size of machines. What pounds do each of your machine weighted for? Lady does not want to tell me; her words like a winding road. Twisting and turning like a snake. Just say; 20lb, 30lb etc. don't give me philosophy of washing.

Love this place except it's super expensive unlike other laundromats. I'll only go there when the other laundromat down the block is packed. Parking available right in front which is great and the staff in there is veryyyy helpful and super clean. Very spacious!

Friendly staff, very clean machines, and if you decide to drop off the prices are good and ive never recieved any clothing returned damaged like other laundromats ive been too.

I really like this place. There’s a parking lot, it’s air conditioned, there’s a bathroom, the workers there are SO helpful and it’s clean. I went last sunday during apparently one of their busiest times and that lady scrambled to help me find washers and dryers, and i had a lot of clothes. I nearly forgot to put a load in the dryer and she came and got me. she continued to check in and make sure i was good and that really stuck out to me. I always come here when i have a couple big loads. There is a laundromat closer to me a block away, but i prefer to get in my car and travel to this one.
