I needed to get my car inspected & called a bunch of places. This is the only place that didn’t give me the run around. I went in, they took care of me pretty quickly. Within 30 minutes I was done & paying. I really appreciate their service.

Brought my 78 trans am to them because they came highly recommended. ( another mechanic had fiddled with it and I wasn’t happy and it was overheating) I didn’t rush them and when I got my car back… they charged me $1400 and said it was my cam shaft( they had me order the part for them to install) they also said my pins were warped and changed them… so I drive it home that day and it’s clinking and clunking and it sounds awful… I’m really not happy so I call them and they told me “no problem… just bring it back” the next Morning, I’m driving it there from Nassau county and I feel it losing power, so I pull over and the car shuts off and won’t turn back on. i now have to pay over $300 to have it towed to their business. After a day or two, they call me back and tell me there is metal all in the pan and the engine is no good. So my question is why did I pay $1400 and why would they give it back to me running like that… and they never offered to pay for the m towing… which they definitely should have done.

Brought my Nissan Altima to have ignition coils and spark plugs replaced. They overcharged me for labor and parts. They charged me $200 for labor while the time it took to work on the car was probably about 30-45 minutes. Also they overcharged me for parts because I could buy those parts in autozone for about half the price they charged me. Given that it's a car shop they probably get discounts on parts so they probably paid even less as I did see even lower prices online.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in for an inner and outer tied rod replacement they forgot to put in the safty cotter pin on both sides they had a kid working on my car that Is not profesional i couldve had an accidente if the outer tied rod came out.
