The treatment I received was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The office was very organized, clean and smelled nice lol. I had a little longer than usual wait but they remedied the wait with thorough and thoughtful communication and work. The business owner was very friendly and surprisingly informed about my visit.

Frank G. Steinberg is very unprofessional and rude to the people he is hiring. Never seen someone so unprofessional in my life ever. I would never let someone like that scan on me. Next thing I know he cursing under his breathe cause he can't do his job properly. Make sure you read people's resume and listen to your phone calls next time. and yes I am that petty.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The "owner" frank began screaming and yelling about me about an erroneous bill. I was just asking a question and this 6'-4" guy comes outta nowhere screaming and threatening me that I have to pay. He was in position to strike me more than 1 time. My dr is excellent but there's no way he's a boss and I will never return here. If you don't want to be threatened, cursed, or disrespected. Then don't come here. I've seen a lot of bad drs or owners but this guy is a powder keg waiting to go off. Stay away and find another office. Of course I won't let someone speak to me like that and went back at him And that's when he turned aggressive and talking about having an altercation with me who's a patient at his office. Will never come back here again if you care be a safety of your family And then stay away because this guy is on drugs or alcohol
