This is by far the worst bank. Terrible customer service, rude tellers and extremely long wait times. Once I finally got to speak to a rep, it was a complete waste of time, no resolution to the issues at hand. Chase will lure you in with bonuses and then say you don't qualify once your money is in their bank. For a $400 bonus, they are willing to lose customers that keep more than 40 times that amount in their bank! Please stay away from Chase, if you don't you'll pay dearly in time and money (except you won't get your time back).

woman at front desk "ena" is very rude and refused to help me with a simple task she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me to "just stop" and "get out". wont be returning to this bank until they get some competent workers since this isn't the first or even the second time i've dealt with rude and inconsiderate workers. i hope they have a horrible day

The ATM lobby always has homeless people sleeping in it after hours/when the bank isn't open. Have seen it on 3 different occasions with 3 different people.

This bank is so horrible and the customer service is even worse. The ATM gave me a error and they told me to call customer service that I’m gonna get reimbursed and that’s a lie. The ATM take my money Chase doesn’t value your customers and to be honest they don’t even value the customers don’t open in account on this bank don’t waste your time

I was at this ATM brunch after the Hrs. You need to a card to get inside. 3ATM machines and A security guard. transactions welt well. No Envelopes, pens and Desk.

Walked in to this Chase Bank and what I saw was just unacceptable. A manager walks into the teller area and starts yelling at the tellers who were busy fixing an unexpected issue. When I first got to the teller window, the associates there acknowledged me and told me they would be right with me, very kind and gentle mannered. Nothing out of the norm. However, the way the manager was talking to the associates was rude, unprofessional and most importantly uncalled for. Doesn't matter what your position, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I've witness similar scenarios at other Chase branches and this is why I won't bank with Chase. The environment has always seemed negative and unworthy of my business.

Has a parking lot but it a bit difficult to get in and out sometimes. The atm section at night has a security guard sometimes due to homeless people coming in recently

Horrible experience. Initiated IRA transfer from a different bank. Filled out paperwork with financial adviser. 3 weeks later nothing happened. No answer at branch phone line. Called customer service and no paperwork was submitted. No follow up from the branch not even text message. And we are not talking about couple thousand dollars. So much for private client experience. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and will advise everyone I know to do the same!

The lines are not long, but everyone works at a slow pace, so even if you are next in line, expect to wait 15 min or more before you are helped. The tellers like to walk away from the window, and managers do nothing to keep things moving.
