You closed all my accounts as well as closed every single my credit cards, I have over 845 Credit score, and all damaged by you Chase bank! you reopened my new checking account last June didn’t linked up with my saving account and costed my checks all bounced, And you lie to my face, said I didn’t request that! Shame on you !!! You promised the wards for bringing fresh money to you bank and You failed to rewarded me, I went to you place to informing all those Not just once but 15 times in last 9 months, and your managers are Most obnoxious person and racist person I haven’t met in last 35 years in NYC….and Chase credit cards, I am not able to see what are the my transactions on my credit card, Because you block my online access ….And you did leak my personal informations. as a result I’ve been scammed!!!! Shame on you again!!!! Chase, Take your responsibility once for all! call yourself the best bank in this country ? laugh out loud … You are out of touch of reality for a long and long time.
And you also locked up my profile not once times, I went to branches in Glendale, Grand Avenue and 71 Continental Ave in FH, Queens County New York City so many times since last June to resolve the issues. And your local branch manages they are racist. Lazy, Sitting on the comfortable chairs all day long to damage your corporate ID!!! So sad, Don’t you understand I have human rights and as US citizen and I have every constitution rights!!!! You are not able to take away from me, wake up it’s a time! Don’t you ever think Asia America is transparent, Don’t speak English, but we have our voices in many languages.

My wife and I were planning on opening a business account at a different branch but somehow ended up here. The Rep that attended us was very diligent, made sure we felt like this was an actual business experience and not just a personal bank account experience. Explained to us every piece of paper we were about to sign before signing it. What I really appreciated was that he took his time with us to get to know us while doing his job and not disappearing, also as a mentioned he is very diligent making sure paperwork is legit and not false documents. So thank you Mick Santa for providing safety, assurence, kindness and most of all your expertise work.

They never want to attend to opening accounts. They always send you to another bank. I have tried to do this 3 times and I have not had a positive response.

This is by far the worst bank. Terrible customer service, rude tellers and extremely long wait times. Once I finally got to speak to a rep, it was a complete waste of time, no resolution to the issues at hand. Chase will lure you in with bonuses and then say you don't qualify once your money is in their bank. For a $400 bonus, they are willing to lose customers that keep more than 40 times that amount in their bank! Please stay away from Chase, if you don't you'll pay dearly in time and money (except you won't get your time back).

woman at front desk "ena" is very rude and refused to help me with a simple task she wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me to "just stop" and "get out". wont be returning to this bank until they get some competent workers since this isn't the first or even the second time i've dealt with rude and inconsiderate workers. i hope they have a horrible day

The ATM lobby always has homeless people sleeping in it after hours/when the bank isn't open. Have seen it on 3 different occasions with 3 different people.

This bank is so horrible and the customer service is even worse. The ATM gave me a error and they told me to call customer service that I’m gonna get reimbursed and that’s a lie. The ATM take my money Chase doesn’t value your customers and to be honest they don’t even value the customers don’t open in account on this bank don’t waste your time

I was at this ATM brunch after the Hrs. You need to a card to get inside. 3ATM machines and A security guard. transactions welt well. No Envelopes, pens and Desk.
