Micheal was amazing- had a one hour massage and loved the hot stones and the right amount of pressure - always asking if we were ok - I did the couples massage and my husband also had a great experience- definitely will come back - staff ver nice as well.

I am writing to you about my experience with Marty Berkowitz. I had expected the usual runaround when a new product(in this case a xerox printer) could not be set up and we ultimately found the reason, a hinge was not functioning not allowing closure of a lid. After discussion with Marty, after he asked all the appropriate questions, he advised that he send out a mailing return slip to send the printer back and once received he would send me a new xerox. I checked with Marty a few days later and he said the return was expected to be delivered on Tuesday and once received he would send out the replacement. I called him Wednesday morning and he told me that the damaged print was received on Tuesday and that he ordered the replacement, and it would be delivered on Wednesday, and it was delivered as he said. I would hire Marty sight unseen. I was so impressed how he delt with me, respectful and calming. Making sure the return was for a proper reason and fully satisfying my concerns. He is a keeper. I am not related to Marty and never had any contact with him until I called the company. Joel Lichtenstein.

This company responded immediately to my request for assistance with my laserjet printer. Although they weren't able to service my printer due to geographical service limitations, they referred me to a local company who could assist. I am very grateful.

This company is very organized and prompt. I had a printer hardware problem. The technical person was familiar with the error code. He told me what part he needed to order and the approximate cost. We made an appointment for a visit and he was prompt and gave me traffic updates! This was a great way to start the day after having an annoying printer problem!!

A M Exclusive has been a lifesaver to the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society, Inc. They are solving systemic issues are organization has been suffering with for awhile as well as assisting getting our 90 year old organization operating more effectively and efficiently with our IT and Telecommunications needs. They are always available and Alex and Sal are always friendly and courteous! We would give them 10 stars if it was an option!
