“This post office is very good. The staff is very helpful especially Candy. It is clean and efficient. If you have any questions they will answer or you can always give them a call. They are also located in the center of town where you could do some of your grocery shopping and get a bite to eat at multiple places.”

“I used to use the milford post office but they doubled their rates so I switched to the matamoras post office with the cheaper rate, I was hesitant only from reading Google reviews where everyone is complaining about this office and saying the workers are rude, I couldn't disagree more!! Everyone at this location has been nothing but beyond nice and helpful, like I'm kind of baffled by the other reviews because of my complete opposite experience, love this post office and the workers here everyone is so nice I'm glad I switched.”

“Jess is amazing! I was hosting a multi-day event for 300 people a few miles away, and our printer went out. I came in desperate to print dozens of jobs (menus, maps, name tags and more,) and Jess immediately got me setup. She made me feel so welcomed and we were able to get the job done in time. While I was there, the store became super busy, and I watched as Jess treated each customer with kindness, respect, and patience. Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
