“My car had a mechanical breakdown last night on a very busy (and dangerous) section of the parkway. Northstar responded quickly and was willing to take me and my vehicle about 60 miles away to my destination, otherwise I would’ve been literally stranded. Danny and Bill were extremely accommodating and very considerate of my situation. I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service they provided!! They really came through and made an awful night much easier to deal with!”

“I can’t say enough about this crew. We blew an outer bearing on our 37’ fifth wheel that pinned the inner body of the bearing to the spindle. I thought I’d need a tow and these guys went and got me a whole new brake hub and bearing set , cut the jammed one off and had us on the road in no time. Friendly , polite, knowledgeable and a great sense of humour. Thanks again guys”

“I am not a review giving person but I feel this shop deserves five stars and beyond. I had taken my car to several places in Watertown over the course of six months. I kept getting the run around and throwing money at labor and parts that MAY fix the unknown issues. I dropped my car off at Ray’s at 8:30 in the morning and I received a phone call three hours later letting me know exactly what was wrong, the total and the parts would be ordered and my car would be done in a day. This shop has gone above and beyond for me and I wouldn’t recommend any other mechanic in the area to work on your vehicle!”

The driver who picked me up (David) was quick, efficient and friendly. He was even nice enough to give me a ride back to my neck of the woods since it was on the way to his next call.
