“I called not knowing I still had credit left for my propane, I was extremely worried due to the fact I was running low and didn't want to run out, I called Friday almost closing time and the lady "I wish I remembered her name!" I talked to was super friendly and helpful, she deserves extra credit for going above and beyond! She told me I still had a credit for propane and got me set up with a delivery right away!! I had two prior propane companies for my house in West Monroe and constantly had leaking tanks, out of propane, poor customer service, etc. Never had an issue with Hellers, service was great, price was competitive, people were friendly.
