zero stars if possible. On multiple occasions I was told to go call my insurance Co to find out such & such.. or we don't stock this drug so go call Walgreens to send over an order to us (for real?) So lemme see are they trying to me something? Perhaps b/c I don't require some $$$ drug (thank the lord) that they must want the few pennies they make of my prescription & they legally can't tell me to get lost. Nice. Well have a nice life & if the owners happen to read this in the future just a reminder -> karma is very real & life throws curveballs outta no where like a mutha...

Buyer beware. Read the fine print. This company charged a restocking fee of $60 on a $180 purchase that was returned the day it was received. Don’t even think about doing business with them

If you have a prescription filled there, call before you pick up. They close whenever they feel like closing. Also, you’ll get plenty of text messages to come pick up even when they have no hours.

I was in dire need of face mask before going for an indoor errands today. Glad they have in stock and luckily on sale. My first visit to the store. I feel ashamed to myself because I live in the neighborhood. I have heard from my physical therapist hubby it's large supplies of medical equipment and it is his go to store. I was in rush so I did not browse the store completely. I will come back.

Vitality has stood head, and shoulders above all the "big name", and efficient local competitors. Their staff are patient, responsive, and genuinely focused on quality (even during staffing/resource shortages).On the rare occasion that they don't have what you need, and are unable to get it in a reasonable amount of time they expediently forward your Rx to whatever pharmacy you request, or they let you know when they'll have it in stock.During lock-down they provided delivery free of charge, and did so with a smile.This is the type of local business that I'm enthusiastic about supporting, and hope they continue servicing to the community.

Very rudeRefused to yransfer my scripts to pharmacy closer to home. Caused me a lot of time and inconvenience. Also. They no longer stock over the counter items. Instead they have these bodega like offerings of laundry soap and kitchen cleaner and odds and ends that don’t make any sense for A. Pharmacy

The worst pharmacy I have ever used, the doctor sent my wifes medications to this pharmacy by accident and we called them to reverse it as we would like to shift our prescriptions to another location and they would NOT reverse the prescriptions and claimed to have delivered them already when it was not the case because the medications were sent on the 01/05/22 and we called them exactly a week later which is 01/12/22. As a patient we have the right to choose where we would like to go. Absolutely disgusting behavior on mangements part. I am moving my entire family's prescriptions out of this place due to this reason. You are better off going to CVS or Walgreens where they will atleast be transparent with you.

The hours on google and the site are not the actual hours they are open. Be sure to call and speak to a human if you want to be sure if they decide to be open or not that day.

This was always my primary pharmacy even after I moved out of Glen Oaks. I don't know if they are now under new ownership and maybe it has been for a few years, but I feel like the service has declined. I have a prescription for an Epipen that has never been filled because they say it's on back order - it's been over 2 years (I did get it somewhere else). Also items you could readily find there they never have and always out of stock. They used to have a more personable feel when you went there but not anymore. Disappointed in how run down they have become.

I have been going to Vitality for 15 years. The previously owners and staff were great and always helpful. The new owner and current staff are absolutely wonderful. They have always been helpful and working with my family with our needs. They are all so nice and very friendly. I highly recommend our neighborhood pharmacy for all your needs.

Clean, professional pharmacy where the staff go above and beyond to assist you. Had to have my daughter's prescription sent to another pharmacy and the staff at Vitality did all the leg work and followed up to make sure I had the information we needed. Patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you!

Worst pharmacy ever. Terrible customer service. It doesn't matter how many years you've been a customer, there will always be a wait. I lived 10 minutes away from the pharmacy. I was sick with Covid and my then-husband died from Covid. I had no one to pick up my daughter's leukemia medications. I let them know about my dilemma but because I lived in Long Island they wouldn't deliver to me. I hope this place burns.
