I have been using this Cleaners for over 35 years. I am sure it is under new ownership. I went here this past Saturday wanting to get my new pants fixed by seamstress there. I walked in and asked the man in the front if the seamstress was in? He replied no. In fairness he was taking an order from another customer. I was in a rush, I asked when she would be in. He ignored me. I had to wait to get an answer even though he was not busy. He eventually answered with a rude answer cut and short Monday 9 to 4. I returned on Monday to use the seamstress She finished pinning my pants. I asked her hours she could not answer told me to ask that man who was rude on Saturday. I gave her the pants as I always do when getting my clothes fixed m. She told me to give the pants to the man. I did and he took my expensive new pant and crumbled them into a ball, into a pile of other clothes. I told him they are new and I do not want to get them backed wrinkled up. He added to my bill dry cleaning which I did not want and charged me $18 which was more than I ever paid to fix pants. I only gave a jump suit 3 weeks before and it was $15 and I told him . He did not care. His attitude was a nightmare He wrote up a ticket and it was Monday morning at 9:00AM and he tells me it will take till Saturday. I told him I needed them for Thursday morning. He rewrote the ticket for Thursday. I came to get my pants on Thursday and he does not say hello, nothing just says "ticket" no please nothing, just rude!I gave my ticket and find out they do not take credit cards or even debt card. I had to leave and go to my bank wait online and get cash. This whole experience in this dry cleaner is a horror !The owner needs an attitude adjustment or he should close his doors!!HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!!'I WILL GIVE ONE STAIR FOR EXCELLENT SEAMSTRESS OWNER DESERVES TO LOOSE HIS BUSINESS!!'

I don't understand the negative 1 star reviews for this place. Apparently the last review was 2 years ago. I've been using this dry cleaner for years and never had a problem. Parking is usually available in front, the establishment is clean, service is prompt and my dry cleaning is always on time. The owner is unassuming and polite; he seems like a hard working guy. Hey you 1 star reviewers, give the guy a break already!

Absolutely ruined the dress for my maid of honor a week before my wedding. After them fixing it twice, it still had seams that were crooked and the woman who sews in the front window actually screamed at me when I tried to point out how the seams in her dress were now crooked. Save your money and go to someone who actually respects how their work fits their customers.
