Very disappointed with this salon. While they are one of the few salons in our area that is extremely talented when it comes to designs, they are beyond unsanitary. I’ve gone multiple times and have observed them not sterilize instruments, dip everyone’s finger in the same powder container, use the same popsicle stick to apply scrubs to people, etc. It’s quite nauseating. What sealed the deal for me is when my daughter got a fungal infection after getting her nails done there for her graduation. When I returned to the salon, I was told my daughter was having an “allergic reaction.” She has had her nails done multiple times in the past and has never had any kind of reaction. Not only that, but being that I am a nurse practitioner, I am well aware of what nail fungus look like. After talking with other people that use this salon, I have learned of multiple people with fungal infections after manicure/pedicures they had done at Paris nails. One of which is another child, whose nails have been absolutely destroyed for months from her infection. I was then told by the salon they all must be touching the same thing and that’s where their infection came from… doesn’t take a genius to figure out that same thing is YOUR instruments. They told me to treat my daughters “allergy” with hydrogen peroxide. Isn’t that the treatment for fungus? So they clearly know it’s fungus but don’t want to admit it. Shame on you Paris nails for jeopardizing the health of your clients. Complaints will be made to the appropriate parties to have this business investigated!Services: Nail art

My girlfriend went here for a while. Nice people but very unsanitary. They don’t use new nail files or blocks on every costumer. They pass around their cuticle cutter without disinfecting. I’ve seen it.They use this ‘scrub’ with no ingredients on it. This ‘scrub’ has a popsicle stick housed inside of it and its always the same one. It should be a brand new stick or a sanitized one. I saw the nail guy use the same stick to put the ‘scrub’ on 5 different customers while I sat there! Paris also does not use clean containers to store their e-file heads… they use old metal mint containers to store their equipment. I can’t imagine the endless bacteria that grows all over there that comes into contact with their customers. Sad.Service: Manicures

I'm using my sisters account to write this review . I'm just mind blown on how I was spoken to . Vincent did my nails today and I told him to make them shorter but he didn't even listen to what I wanted . He kept getting up doing other things while doing my nails, he said my nails don't grow like "regular customers" what am I then ? An irregular person ? . I did call the business a few times this morning because I didn't know what time they opened and I traveled from queens. Before I left he goes " oh you called this morning" I was like yes and he's like " several times before 10 am " .... Does that really matter that it needed to be addressed . I honestly liked this place but the way I was spoken to really upset me.

I absolutely love this place! The first time I visited I got a gel pedicure with chrome polish and it came out perfect. The second time they totally enhanced my nails that were looking so scary from doing them myself! I couldn't be any happier with the result! Vincent and Pearl are absolutely phenomenal

Just came here for the first tome today and the service here was honestly good. Everyone was personable and accommodating. It was a quick gel pedicure than I'm used to but maybe it just flew by. I loved the massage option while getting my UV Gel manicure done and definitely would recommend. Unfortunately the quality of my nails wasn't as expected. The artistry was good and she stayed true to the design I requested so I appreciate that greatly but I wish I payed more attention to what I missed. I had a lot of clean up to do afterwards, I could see through the gel nail polish on areas, things caught in the polish, and there were bubbles. I'd honestly still give this place another chance, I'll just pay closer attention and look at the nails closely for bubbles, gaps, debris, and loose nail from filing. I usually am shy to complain during the process because nail techs have given me push back before. Hopefully they're just as accommodating if someone speak up at this location, especially cause some people paying $115 plus $20 tip like I did.

My first dip powder manicure from here lasted almost 4 weeks :) came back for another dip powder manicure and Jaden did an amazing job again! They don't charge for soaking off previous manicures which i really like and appreciate. I was able to get $3 off because i paid in cash the previous time, getting 5% back. The service here is great and definitely good quality if my manicure can last that long. I showed Jaden some example photos of what i wanted the last time and this time, and he replicated them perfectly!

I don't know what happened to this business but it went very down hill. I have been a customer here for over a year and recently the store must have gone into new management or something because they prices went up distinctively. I get dip powder gel everytime and they have stopped doing three coats!!!!!! My nails chipped so easily after the first day and my whole tip fell off a couple days later after doing little activity. These nails were $60. Like what.... Usually it would be $45 for a french powder set + tips. I'm so disappointed, I miss the old owner and nail tech that would do my nails!

This place is great- clean, precise, appointments are on schedule, and they have many holiday themed nail art to try out. You have to wear a mask when inside, so be prepared for that. At the end of the nail appointment, you are given exfoliating soap gel to wash off at the communal sink located in the nail care section of the salon so you leave with your hands looking great and clean.

When I initially started to visit Paris Nails for my manicures, I was thoroughly impressed by Zoey's artistic abilities and friendly demeanor. However the last three times I've frequented here the vibe had completely shifted. Zoey appears to not want to be there, isn't willing to answer questions gracefully and makes it seem as though you're a bother as a customer. I'm not sure if there are other personal issues affecting her customer service, but that's not what I am looking for when getting my manicures. In addition, the pricing has always been off for me. When asked to do a gradient nail application (a different color on each nail, not a different design), they informed me they'd have to charge an additional $5. I'm just confused because there's no designs involved. I really do hope that Zoey is able to take the feedback productively and understand customer service is the first step to a positive experience at a salon.

Let me just start off by saying I DO love it here. Every time I come I have gotten amazing acrylic manicures and the pedicures are the best. Zoe is such a talented nail tech and I usually ask for her but I made a last minute appointment today so I understood that she was busy. BUT I have gotten my nails done here by other nail artists and have never run into a problem until today. If I am being honest, I am so disappointed that I have to be giving a three star review for a place I have been going to for a long time. The girl who did my acrylics was a sweetheart, but I can tell she was inexperienced in doing them. That being said, I told her multiple times what to do, and I am not even a nail tech. My nails are unfortunately super uneven, clumpy, short, and thick. While she was doing them, there was acrylic smeared all over my skin and the whole process was a big mess. I don't like confrontation and the place was closing so I did not want to have to make her redo them, but now I am going to have to make time to get them fixed. I have NEVER had a bad experience here before, but I would have loved to know that the girl doing my nails was not an experienced nail tech. I know Zoe is very accommodating to her customers, so I will be reaching out.

This was my first time there since they changed owners and honestly this place so great. I showed them my nail idea and they recreated it beautifully! I'm obsessed. Spooky season in full effect!!! So happy with my Halloween nails! Boo!
