Daryl was fabulous to work with. He's taken care of us several times and we're always happy. He truly cares about his customers. He sounded sincere when he called me post purchase to see how I felt about the car. He is always so patient and polite, we will continue to go straight to him every time there is a need.

Had a great experience purchasing my Honda with Phillip at North Shore Honda. He took his time to show me the vehicle, was very responsive when I asked questions and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was very helpful throughout the process of looking at the vehicles, test driving and making the purchase. I'm very happy with my Honda and very happy with purchasing from Phillip Downes and North Shore Honda!

Amazing service! I had an accident and the service dept was able to fit me in right away. Carlo is so knowledgable and professional. He was able to get my car repaired quickly and help me with the insurance claim. My car looks perfect. Thanks so much North Shore Honda!

Beware From these ScammersCoorey , Richard Link and ValerieThis dealership is a big Scam , they have a pattern of scamming people ,1. They show fake information on the website and third party websites that vehicle is available but your desired vehicle isn’t available, this is being Performed by Corey , who tells you I am a Sales director, in the end I found out by their Finance person (Valeri) that he is a Receptionist.2. Vehicle isn’t available but they negotiate the deal with you take deposit and car will be available in 2 weeks which is performed by Richard Link , after negotiations and giving deposit person os stuck until vehicle comes.3. Car is there now price is different which is done by Valerie .I found not only Scammers but Unprofessional as well

It was an awesome experience. The best customer service. Steve the sales representative is the best! He really work hard to give us the best offer while making sure to give us all that we are looking for and within our monthly budget for the finance. I highly recommended this place! September 2023, I came to North Shore Honda (Glen Cove location) to trade in my Toyota 2018 for a Honda CRV. Vinny was my salesperson. Rich Cerami was the finance personal. To make a long story short, when in the process of going over the numbers and sealing the deal. Rich tells me "I am giving you a warranty." YES, those exact words. At the time I don't think much of it because I'm thinking he is gifting me a warranty for buying a car from him. A few days later I get my first bill from the bank loan, and I notice that it's more than what it should be. I start doing the math and looking at copies of paperwork. When I come across a paper I signed for the warranty and on the top, it states the warranty cost $3,500. Of course, Rich never mentioned this, he made it seem that it was a gift, by him using the words he used. And while I was signing, he covers the top and gives you a summary of what you are signing, and I trusted that I was signing what he was saying. But that's my fault, no matter how long you been in the dealer's office take the time to read, lesson learned. People cannot be trusted especially not Rich Cerami. Rich was very deceiving, and he knew exactly what he was doing. I would not recommend doing business with someone like him. Go somewhere else.

I was very happy dealing with this dealership.I bought a 2024 crv hybrid. I referred them to a friend who bought a 2011 they had. also The communication ,follow up were good. . Noel, Joe Bill Gary were easy to deal with . I am just waiting for a credit which im sure will be coming. I would buy from them again. very satisfied!Randy weber94 14 ave seacliff ny 11579

Service is excellent as always. I got a video from the service people explaining what the issue were. Work was performed very quickly and reliably. Mike D was very helpful. He went over the invoice line by line so that there was no confusion about the charges. He is top notch. For those reasons I travel over 10 miles to get service done there. I could go to other places for service but I don’t because I trust Mike and the team They are the best. I will continue to service my car there

Long story short .. this past Friday my car wouldn’t start and my son was stuck at 1:30am. Saturday Called NS Honda and Mike L suggested we get a tow/or jump and bring car in. Luckily it was the battery and they took care of it along with some routine maintenance. I had car back couple hours later … Thank you Mike!!!

Buyer bewareNorth Shore Honda do not honor their signed agreed prices on leases .Recently picked up a 2023 CRV Ex with a signed agreed COD price only to be up charged with a bogus Bank Fee and added 1st month payment by Valerie in finance and Gary the sales manger.They play a shell game with the numbers , when you go to pick up the car.Very disappointed as I thought I was a valued customer of theirs .Also PS the finance manger did not resolve anything by my complaint with the better business bureau ?

Andrew Perry is a man of integrity. We did NOT make the sale, but his professionalism and positive attitude did not change a bit throughout the entire process. This is unusual now-a-days. Most salesmen put on an act, and very quickly show their true colors once things don’t go their way. Andrew is a man of his word.

I scheduled a simple recall service 2 weeks in advance. When I called the appointment, they told me they have the part ready. Fast forward to today, my dad brought the car to the dealer and they told him no longer have the part, call back after 2 weeks. I spoke the service rep over the phone, the attitude is rude and un-apological.[Updated] The general manager called back, offered the apologized, rescheduled and serviced my vehicle on the second try. Overall, average experience with the service department.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at North Shore Honda car dealership. After negotiating a lease for a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and signing the lease with a set monthly price and $0 money down (excluding taxes and fees), our visit took a turn for the worse.When we went to pick up the car, they showed us the car and how everything worked and then sent us to sign final papers with VALERIE in finance who was incompetent and unbearable to deal with. She tried to increase our monthly payments by $50 and claimed that the cash we were going to pay upfront was just a down payment and that we additionally needed to pay the taxes and fees and such, essentially doubling the amount we were supposed to pay upfront. She showed no proof or reasoning for these increases in prices because she in fact did not have any. Despite seeking assistance from the finance manager, Gary, they both supported these dishonest tactics.I would like to emphasize how horrible Valerie was and how she managed to turn this situation into a two hour aggressive, and loud argument.This individual and the dealership in general stand as a prime example of malevolence, using manipulation and persistent dishonesty as their tools to achieve personal gains. Her unprofessional behavior and lack of respect further highlight her deeply troubling character. To add examples of her behavior, she would insult us directly to our faces or to her coworkers in front of us, would not allow us to speak Spanish to each other, repeatedly told us “I just want to go home so do u want the car or not”, and gave us a 2 minute time limit to discuss if we were going to take the car. She also repeatedly said “you know what you’re not getting this car” after asking her to explain the reasonings behind her actions.We obviously decided not to proceed with the lease due to their unprofessional behavior and deceptive practices. I strongly caution others against dealing with North Shore Honda, as their actions demonstrate a lack of integrity and customer respect.

Was looking for a used and certified Honda Civic Sport and finally found one within my price range and mileage range. Sat down, put down a deposit, signed some papers and walked out. The car WAS in PERFECT condition besides the rims on the passenger side. Our salesman, Jonathan, had told us that they were going to take care of it and refurbish them. We went to sign more papers for the car today and see the car. (Reminder: THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THIS CAR) The front and back bumper had been switched with another Honda Civic Sport that we had seen at North Shore and said no because the bumpers were a mess and looked like someone used white-out to fix it. Looked awful. And we KNOW they were switched out because you could see the fingerprints on the front bumper. On top of all this, the rims were never refurbished. They say all these lovely things to just take it all away from you at the last moment. Originally we were supposed to pick the car up today, the car was not even washed. This dealership plays games. No one is on the same page and everyone gives you a different story. Originally when we were signing papers with our salesman he told us there was a 7 year term for payments, when there was not according to his manager, Richard. I have never in my life seen buying a car take not one but, TWO WEEKS! This has been such a stressful and excruciatingly frustrating experience.
