“We've had our mortgage and a car loan with Chase and we were always happy to visit this location and deal with the branch manager Angel, or the financial representative Phil. We were so happy, in fact, that my husband and I recently opened bank accounts with Chase as well. Phil was so helpful in opening my account, and he called me a few days later to make sure everything went smoothly with receiving my debit card, and to make sure I was happy with everything and answer any questions I had. He called again to check in about our mortgage, and to see if there was any way he could help us lower our payments. Everyone at this branch is so friendly and welcoming. Other financial institutions I've banked with have called me a "member" but I never felt like anything but a number. The staff at this location know you, remember things about your family, and they really make you feel like you're a valued customer.”

“I absolutely love this branch because of all the wonderful people who work there. I have an elderly mother and recently she did not want to come in to the branch due to her health and several people. I went in for her and they needed proof from her personally to protect her account. The manager came outside herself to my car to ensure my mother was comfortable with her banking transaction. I could not believe the level of concern she showed for my mother. The tellers are so welcoming and amazing in this branch. I know it sometimes gets busy but I think they are all worth the wait.”

“I can't say enough good things about the people who work here. I've been with Citibank for 28 years and this is by far my favorite branch. The Manager, Keith, is very helpful and all of the tellers are pleasant, thorough, and professional. The parking situation has been eased with the addition of the three dedicated spots for Citibank, and there seem to be more tellers than last year so I haven't encountered the long waits that previous reviewers have noted.”

“I do not write reviews often however the courteous, respectful and excellent service provided by Branch Manager Stephanie Williams deserve shout out. Due to COVID restrictions, most banks are only taking clients via appointments and unaware of that, I walked into the bank today for something important. I was greeted by her and even though I did not have an appointment she mentioned to wait a bit to and assisted. During the process she was diligently working with her staff and making sure all client requests were handled properly. If anyone from the Wells Fargo Corporate office is reading this review, I would like to say Thank you and you should feel proud of individuals like Stephanie who go out of their way to assist clients. I would highly recommend this branch for banking.”

“Bank Teller Kimoy? She basically saw my savings account and helped me upgrade immediately to a more logical account. I legit never had a teller help me do such a thing. All I did was come in for a withdrawal. I had a long busy day she could tell I was tired from my morning and she still took the time to swiftly break it down and she got me to close my old account and switch to a whole new savings account. It gave her no credit and doesnt even help her in anyway. That's a great employee. Thanks Kimoy, Appreciate you. If I could speak to a manager about her I would she really was very professional and nice hopefully someone sees this review.”

“Oh man! Piccolo you also deserve a 5. Recently came in after a loooooong hiatus with beau and his immediate family and my immediate family to celebrate our engagement because my dad was in from out of town and this was middle ground for all. Everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly and water service was definitely not lacking. Superior service by far. Inside reminds me of your typical cute Italian restaurant. I only wish that the parking situation was a little bit better but thankfully we were able to score a spot in the lot. Will we be back? Yes. Maybe next time we visit his aunt and uncle we'll recommend Piccolo's!”
