Dr. Krasnoff and Dr. Webb are great. I have taken my two dogs, bearded dragon and chickens here. They are well versed, fairly priced and i never wait long when I schedule an appointment.

Yesterday morning 9/21/24 i woke up to my jenday conure in an emergency situation. She was bleeding from her wings. Of course my exotic pet vet was on vacation (not blaming him, he is amazing). I got on google and was calling every veterinary hospital I could while i was crying and holding a bleeding bird trying to keep her calm (not easy they do bite when they are nervous and it hurts). Either they didn't want her because they didn't treat birds or the avian vet was not available or they couldn't see her for a week or more. I called Massapequa Pet Vet, receptionist told me they don't treat birds but I was so hysterically crying telling her she was bleeding and i nobody will help me. She was mentioning some places, but i already tried them. She was so sweet and told me she would make some calls for me. She put me on hold and when she came back she told me she found a place!! Brookhaven Animal Hospital. I called her an angel, she did not have to do that for me but her compassion was enormous. I am going to thank her again as well.
Brookhaven Animal Hospital was quite a hike from where I live but at that point it didn't matter. Dr. Jeff Krasnoff and his staff were awesome, caring and compassionate. He did what he could and was sweet about it. Unfortunately she had already lost too much blood and passed. I had her tightly wrapped in a towel but it wasn't enough. They really helped me emotionally. I had her since she was a baby and was 19. I was given as much time with her as I needed so I could hold her and say goodbye. I was a total wreck. She was my buddy, my little feathered daughter. They know this there and I totally felt the sincerity every moment we were there. I only wish i would have found them sooner, who know maybe she would still be here. I had also met two other clients with their pets who were so sweet to me too. What an awesome place. Rest in peace my love Baby!! Mommy will be having your ashes home were you belong soon.

We drive all the way in from Brooklyn because we love Brookville Animal Hospital. We are constantly amazed at how personable and caring every member of their team is - both with us and our two dogs. One of our dogs has had to have two (unrelated) surgeries and both went spectacularly. We were absolutely terrified, but couldn’t be happier with the results and how well she is recovering. Thank you, Dr. Plunkett and the entire Brookville team, for taking such good care of our babies!

Our first dog was misdiagnosed with arthitis which was actually bone cancer, correctly diagnosed through second opinion elsewhere. He died.
Our second dog, who died today, was misdiagnosed yesterday, as fine.
He had a tumor on his spleen which bled. He bled to death

I was in this business for over 20 years. I know it all & so I'm extremely picky & notice everything. I literally have not one complaint about this practice and will never forget the kind, professional & compassionate care they gave to our cat. The Drs are fantastic and you can see why they got into veterinary medicine and the staff reflects that feeling. It's clean, very well run, organized & there is a feeling of family there. Everything you want in an animal hospital.

I have been taking my dogs & pets to Dr. Krasnoff since like 93’-94’ and couldn’t imagine taking my fur children anywhere else. So much so I get stressed when I think what I will do when he retires. ??? Dr. Webb is amazing too. If one of my babies is sick or hurt Dr. Krasnoff has always done the right thing for them from the beginning. Even my 110lbs pittie Tyesin liked him and he hated everyone. I can’t begin to explain how thankful and grateful I am for everything Dr. Krasnoff has done and continues to do for my fur babies. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for them and for me. He is definitely a hero.

I was recently at Brookville Animal Hospital and I was very impressed with how kind and accommodating everyone was at this facility. i initially spoke to Jeanine to set up an appt and much to my surprise ( it was Sunday ! ) she told me they had an opening right away . I explained that my elderly mom was in my car and she would be waiting for me during the visit. Within 10 minutes from my call , my dog was seen by Dr. Rosenbaum, who actually came out to the waiting room to give my dog the injection. The injection was given with such expertise that My dog had no idea he was given a shot. Both Jeanine and Dr Rosenbaum as well as another staff member whose name I didn't get , couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. I will return !

This was our first visit to Dr Krasnoff for our puppy and it was wonderful! He’s thoughtful, knowledgeable and clearly loves animals! Jeanette at the front desk and the vet tech was amazing! Overall wonderful staff and office which is rare these days. We even got to hear their African Gray sing!Highly recommend!

The extraordinary veterinary team at this clinic saved our dog Luna’s life today, showcasing their exceptional skills and compassion. This practice has a special place in our hearts, as they have also provided outstanding care for my childhood dog since she was a puppy. She celebrated her 17th birthday this year, a testament to the excellent care she has received. The doctors here are true heroes, and we are endlessly grateful for their dedication to our furry family members.

This is by far the best vet I have ever been to. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Krasnoff for years and he has always been so kind, informative, helpful, and wonderful to all of our pets. I know that Dr. Krasnoff and his staff have the best interest of our pets and will be able to quickly get to the right diagnosis whenever there is an issue with one of our pets. It’s always good to know that there is a veterinary hospital that you can trust your furry family members with and Brookville Animal Hospital is precisely that place!Thank you to every staff member at Brookville Animal Hospital!!

My Dog has had a bladder stone issues for years and we spent thousands of dollars with various veterinarians and well as emergency vet centers and they ALL were quick to take our money but not so quick to resolve the issue. Dr. Krasnoff, however jumped right in was able to develop a plan that I might add was very reasonable, and resolve the issue. Not only did he develop and implement a successful treatment plan, he followed up and called us several times to checkup and see how our pet was doing. Dr. Krasnoff, is one of the most compassionate, caring, professional veterinarians we have ever met. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for your pet.
