Angry is an understatement!! Called and made an appointment for a REGULAR mani/pedi for my son! When I dropped him off I told them a REGULAR mani/pedi. Once I left they told him he needed the green tea spa mani and pedi. He said he told him just a mani/pedi the poor kid didn’t know they were adding additional stuff to get extra money. They got over because I left him alone and it was his first time. I called to speak to the owner bc I didn’t want to have this conversation in front of his other customers. He was exceptionally rude and hung up the phone! I will NEVER go back. $69?? And they also added a $3 cc fee!

I love Yu nail.. I started coming here a year ago!! The owner, Rocky, is fast and the prices are a steal!! Can be a little rough though. But Gina and Nancy are very nice (Gina is the best with eyebrow wax). I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Dont make an appointment and think it will be honored. I made appointment for 4 pm and had ti wait an hour before I was taken. They will say yes to an appointment but in reality don't care who walks in when. I will not be going there anymore.

First and foremost I’m not ever someone who reviews places so this is honestly a first for me, I’m so disappointed in this place, after coming here for years to get my nails done not only was I ripped off & overcharged the woman in there argued with me on how to do my nails and how I wanted them done. Needless to say these nails are for my birthday & I’m very unhappy like I said I’ve been coming to this place for years and known I was being overcharged today and the owner didn’t even apologize or ask why I wasn’t satisfied just continued on after me expressing how upset I was . I don’t know I’ve worked in customer service for years and the experience today was horrible and clearly no one has experience with “ the customer is always right”.I will not be coming to this place again & suggest if you don’t want to be overcharged & unsatisfied you don’t either. ??♀️Services: Acrylic nails

This place is terrible. When you call and make an appointment they just say yes, they don't take your name down or anything. You walk in and it smells of strong chemicals. They use the same tools on everyone. I went in today waited 2 hours to get my nails done and he had used the same tools as the lady who went before me! Very agressive when fiiling my nails, nails are all different lengths and my nails are crooked. They give no massages after on your hands, or lotion. The man at the front desk would get up and vape in side the place with the coustmers. Very rude.

Love this place. Rocky is amazing. My nails look amazing and last three weeks. His mom Nancy does my pedicures and I am very happy with their services.

I've recommended this spot for the best set of acrylics since I was in high school. one of my friends told me about Rocky, and I've recommended him to literally everyone in my life lol. I saw some reviews that said nails don't last long but mine have always lasted the 2-3 week mark even as long as 4 weeks. My only complaint would be that sometimes even when we make appointments, we still have to wait and I've had to wait up to an hr. But businesses are businesses and this one is very high in demand for a reason! I've had my nails done by Gina and Nancy as well and they never disappoint. I have been going to this nail salon for a few months and the guy who does most of the art work there is very talented. But he tends to book peoples appointments at the same time or very close together. I find myself waiting for so long that I end up having to walk out and come back another day. He is worth going to but just know you might have some trouble with your appointment. He is closed on Tuesday's which is not said online.

Terrible. The first week the nails were chipping off. The second week they started falling off completely. My mother's french pedicure became white and brittle. Very cheap nail polish and very rude to us. The man doing my manicure treated them harshly and buffed them even though they were already weak and thin. I was left with a cut on my finger. Was also very overpriced. $90 for a manicure and pedicure. You can go to bayside and get the same thing but better for $40. Would never go again.

i been going for years, gina is the best! the only thing is that they need new chairs for when thet do pedicures!!!!!!!!!!
