Horrible, sold me a 18000 miles 2019 s60 cpo. First 3 months car has sunroof issue. Take it to get fixed. 6 months later the car dies bc sunroof leak killed electrical. Took them 1 week to even look at car after tow. They Have audacity to ask me for 2500$ to fix. Avoid at all cost. The car didnt even last till the next required maintenance date. Also didnt give loaner car or offer one even as time passed. Lemon cars! After they charged me 1000$ and gave back car, the doors had damage on lining. They fixed the lining after for free. Sunroof still gave issues but volvo for free changes the sunroom motor. They are beginning to improve their customer service for me. Still upset It cost me in end. Michael has been very helpful. The staff is doing their best lately to help.

We leased our Volvo XC60 - Plug in Hydride here and ever there was genuinely outstanding and exactly met our expectation . Jamely Ruiz was our salesperson and she was very knowledgeable and provided the end to end support . She showed us options and was never pushy and extended her service for future. Jamely is the superstar of Volvo Glen Cove !! It really was a pleasure and we’ll definitely be making our way out to Glen Cove for any service. Highly recommend!

I have had 4 Volvos and I am loyal customer. I didn’t buy my last Volvo at Glen Cove Volvo because they didn’t have the color I wanted. Today I went in to get my car serviced my Volvo app wasnt working. The General Manager Deron Thompson came out and told me because I didn’t buy my Volvo from his dealership his men weren’t going to help. It really made me sad, and he was very angry towards me. In today’s time it is awful when people go out of their way to be mean.
Update: I understand when you don’t buy from the dealership, you don’t receive a loaner at service. Everyone in the service department Candido and Steve have been great to me over the past 12 years. As a loyal Volvo customer it shouldn’t matter where I bought my Volvo. I bought a Volvo for the 4th time. To disrupt
my service appt and tell me I have to leave was really shocking. Deron acted in poor form, and was rude. I understand business is slow, you don’t treat loyal clients that way.

Michael in service was outstanding today!
I missed my appointment this am called to reschedule or come in on the fly and instead ( michael took the time to find out issue and patiently worked through my stubborn “i know the issue not you I need to bring it in attitude” I humbled myself and followed his suggestion to troubleshoot and we resolved it within 5 minutes!! Saved me a trip save his team time as well!! Been Leasing xc60s for over 9 years straight! This is why!! Excellent service!! Wonderful staff!!! Thank you Glen Cove Volvo!!

I have been going to Glen Cove Volvo for many years and have never been disappointed. I recently leased my latest XC-90 from them and the whole process was easy and flawless.
