These guys are AWESOME! Talk about customer service. Ali spent two days with us and our family setting up our phone lines because Google Fi was giving us such a hard time transferring over our numbers to Verizon. I cannot say enough good things about the people working at this specific location. They were kind, warm and incredibly supportive. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I normally deal directly with Verizon on the phone or go to corporate stores. I thought authorized retailers were second class citizens. boy was I wrong. Ali is incredible spent 90 minutes getting my IPhone 15 set up. I went back a month later still remembered my name. This is the epitome of 5 star customer service. Don’t hesitate if you have Verizon let Ali help you. He’s the best!

Chris was extremely helpful in getting me my new iphone 15 and was super personable while I had to hang there for a few hours do backup my icloud. Chris and Ali made the 2.5 hours fly by and I was very happy with my new iphone and their fabulous customer service!!

Ali and Patrick were incredibly brilliant -kind -thorough -patient- hardworking- dedicated-generous -I came all the way from Los Angeles to get my new phone and transfer- they spent countless hours on my phone and cared for me and my best interest in every way. Ali is terrific - I had to pop in to the store several times to update my phone and issues with existing / legacy devices. He could not have been more helpful in making, what is often painstaking and complicated, very simple (while simultaneously dealing with a difficult customer). Came in bummed out because I lost my phone. Ali and the team helped me out big time and got me set up with a new phone, also got an awesome deal on an iPad. All around great experience! Will be coming back when it’s time to upgrade for sure
