He answered all my questions, showed me every option, just helped me out tremendously with making my decision… then after my purchase of supplies I was so excited I ran out the door without the box everything came in… I called a lil while later after I realized I forgot the charger and instructions and extra pods & he said “I tried running after u but u took off” lol so when I went back, he was kind enough to stand outside so he can run it to my car!
