Great passport service experience. Sharmin was very helpful and quick with the processing of the application. Overall from the time I stepped in it took 7 mins which included taking a picture.

don’t come here the staff steals packages. go to the one in sea cliff the staff is fantastic and there are no sticky fingers.

I headed out of work nearly at closing time and arrived at the Glen Cove post office around 5:45. Tammy, the lady who assisted me during my transaction, was absolutely wonderful. It was one of the first time using the mailing services, and she took the time to address all of my questions and concerns with a smile. I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service she provided. Tammy truly went above and beyond, and her professionalism and kindness made my experience at the post office a pleasant one. Thank you, Tammy, for your outstanding service!

Absolutely Horrible. We had requested that the mailman does not walk across our lawn ( in writing and on file since 2022). And on 1/16/2024 some postal worker who was filling in for our regular guy walked through our yellow caution tape / bushes that means clearly don’t walk through.luckily there was snow on the ground so we can see evidence of her footprints. And we had told her in person please do not walk under the caution tape / not walk through our bushes and to use our path. What does she do? She proceeds to walk through with no disregard then when gets 2 hours down from ours says Go to hell and to go back to your country. Not only unprofessional but extremely rude and racist. Will be complaining to the Corportate USPS about this incident and hopefully that worker either finds a new job or gets fired. Disgusted with this location

They should be shut down! If I could give a 0 I would...they have sent me the wrong mail on several occasions during the past several years and I went out of my way to go and deliver it myself. Don't receive mail that I was suppose to. I'd hate to see who receives my mail. Workers have a very bad attitude and are very rude. Always go to Locust Valley much more professional and friendly. Wish they could close it down.

I can not express what a horrible experience I had here. I’ve never faced this much of racism at a post office before. And her name is Andrea. I would advise NOT going there if you get her and if you’re Chinese.I had appt for my passport from 2-2:45pm. I arrived at 2:20 and the passport lady Andrea said right away I was late. Btw, that’s how she greeted me. I said I’m sorry but my paperwork says it’s from 2-2:45pm. Then she said I had to be there at 2:15pm the latest. But no where in the paperwork or on her paperwork says that. So I asked if I needed to reschedule. She handed me the form and told me to fill out. I asked if I need to reschedule. (Reason why I asked her because she looked so annoyed that I was there and she really didn’t want to do it.) I gave her the opportunity to tell me to reschedule but she didn’t. Before walking away, she slam the window closed. Again, rude but whatever. I dealt with it. Then I walked to fill out. 5mins later I was done and I rang the bell. No one answered. But I waited. And waited and waited. I rang the bell again. No one came. I even heard the bell throughout the postal office. But still no one came. Finally my husband went to the front to ask if there’s going to be anyone doing passports. Finally another lady came to open the window and said we were late. I was annoyed at this point because we waited this whole time and no one came. I told her I rang the bell. She said no one heard it. Then finally Andrea appears at 2:45pm (with her pocketbook ready to leave work) and said “well you were late”. I said to her that I asked if I needed to reschedule and you didn’t say anything except for me to fill out forms. Then she said well I was late and she couldn’t do my paperwork. I knew from the beginning she didn’t want to do my paperwork. She wanted to leave at 2:45 which she was about to walk out. I also felt she saw that I’m a Chinese girl and felt the rush of a power play with me. Andrea was nasty, and rude. She couldn’t wait to push me around to get her rush of joy. She needed to have that power trip to make her feel better about herself. I was livid at this point. Enough was enough. I called her out say she was rude and nasty from the beginning. I said you even shut the window in front of my face. What more did you need to feel superior??? Andrea greeted me by saying I was late, (which i wasn’t). Then she slams the window shut in front of my face. Then she proceeds to make me wait at the window even after ringing the bell 2x. Then says she didn’t hear the bell. At point point of arguing g she said I was suppose to confront her about the shutting the windows in front of my face if I felt insulted. ??? She’s a piece of work. How can anyone NOT be insulted??? She very racist. She saw a Chinese girl coming up to the window for passports and she didn’t want to do mine. She used all kinda of excuses not to do my passport. But then she took to next level but shutting the window, then pointing fingers in my face and making me wait… knowing she wasn’t doing my passport. I never been so appalled in my life. I felt the hate she has when she saw me walked up to the window. She never wanted to do it…. Which I think partially because I was Chinese. But I bet if I was an anyone else BUT a Chinese lady, her attitude would have been different.

The worst ever c.l.o.w.n.s , a real ? circus, the postmaster is oblivious doesn't care what anybody does doesn't supervise. It's a free for all. You walk in to the post office and it takes 25 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help you .JUST PATHETIC!!!!!!
