I came to Staples ship station which has UPS and even lockers fot Amazon. When I tried to give them my Amazon return, the guys 988had me get to a label. I did that. Disgusting. I believe someone at UPS stole and drank a bottle of liquor I sent - because now I suddenly need a "special contract", which nobody and staples or UPS mentioned.A carefully and securely packaged bottle of liquor (nearly 20 USD spent on packaging) , which made it overseas, sent as a birthday gift, suddenly opens and spills everywhere. Or so they claim. UPS refused to show me photos, refused to honor the insurance claim, and refused to honor the burden of proof.Never using UPS again. Liars and thieves.

Staff was prompt, polite and knew exactly what I needed done. UPS employees impressed me as being far in advance of other businesses that deal with the public.I left the store happy. Mission accomplished.

Everytime I go there Elijah and his crew in the shipping/ printing dept show me nothing but love. Cant get better service Anywhere ?

Located inside the Glen Cove Staples store, usually pretty quick in and out if you're dropping off a prepaid package. If you you have to go through the measuring/ weighing process, it's going to take a bit longer. Person at the counter is usually well trained and helpful.

Never had a problem. Staff performs what you expect them to do, and they answer any questions you may be confused about.

We'll never go back again, The workers did not seem like they wanted to be bothered. They had me standing at the front desk waiting for about 10 minutes as they spoke among each other about God knows what, then one of them asked me what's up instead of approaching me in a professional manner like is expected
I was told that they do not ship to Amazon nor do they scan labels on the phone and that I have to go to a different UPS
Never again will I be coming back

Don't bother going here if you have an Amazon return. They'll only accept a printed label not the emailed code.
