I recently visited your Stop and Shop store and was disappointed to find that I was not able to purchase beer due to your policy of only accepting 'American IDs'. I am visiting the US for a few days and I found this policy discriminatory and exclusionary. It implies that individuals like myself, who hold non-American IDs, are not welcome to make purchases at your establishment. This experience was very frustrating annd also left me feeling unfairly treated based on my nationality. I strongly recommend that Stop and Shop revisits and revises this policy to be more inclusive and reflective of the diverse community it serves.

Really unacceptable, just one cashier working at night, a huge line of people waiting, where are the managers who solve these problems, everyone wants to get home after a tiring day and have to wait 20 or 25 minutes to pay, that is unacceptable. The Manager called Lourdes was walking around and she did not do anything about it.

The staff act like they are annoyed or rushed. Also, the atmosphere feels so oppressive. This is what purgatory must feel like.

Pretty big Stop & Shop store with ample parking lot shared across all the stores here. Flowers section as one walks in on the left. Veggies and produce on the right. Aisles are clearly marked so easy to find what you are looking for. If not, the staff is there to help. Always look at the sales on the weekly circular and clip the digital coupons. If not already a Stop & Shop member, sign up as it's free and earn points. When here, come to pick up specific items either for upcoming holidays - e.g. cabbage sale .29/lb with coupon for St. Paddy's Day. Check out options - self-check out or the register. Since I only had a few items, go on self-check out items. If any issues, the staff is there to help. Easy peasy, 1-2-3, pay and on the way. Bring your own shopping bag if you plan to buy a lot else pay for the ones they have or the re-usable shopping bags.

Not great, employees are always nice but selection, quality and cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Wish we had a quality, modern supermarket in Glen Cove...... we need it more than say..... a hardware store

Really nice store. Everything was displayed nicely and produce looked fresh. Store was clean and staff friendly.
