The Staples in Glen Cove is well run and I can always find what I need. I'm amazed at how the personnel know exactly where you can find what you came in for.

Store is clean and neat. Wide aisles for easy movement. Pleased with products and prices. Although no one was available in the floor. At least I could not find someone. There were employees at the cashier and special order counter. I was not near those. Even with that I would go back. I am glad they are in Glen Cove

The Glen Cove store associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very attentive to all the customers in the store and made sure I found my items, and made sure I could get any item out of stock quickly. They walked me through the best use of the Staples App to maximize my rewards points going forward. I am very satisfied with my experience and purchase!

Have been disappointed with the quality of their holiday photos for some time now. They usually print way too dark. Shame on me for tryign them out again this year. Went to pick up my order and the photos on the front side of the card had a greenish tint to them, and the photos on the back side looked great. Rather than trying to reprint (just one even) on a different setting I was simply told that the machine tends to print images with a green tone. What does that mean? How is that acceptable?? So now I have to try other Staples locations or go to another printing facilty. Unacceptable and corporate will be contacted.UPDATE: Staples in Garden City were able to print them the way they should be. Took the time and had me email them the pictures directly as JPG files, and we made the holiday card together on their computer. Unfortunately because of the lack of troubleshooting in the Glen Cove location, I am now still waiting for pictures to be ready in Garden City.

I have used the Print and Marketing center more times than I can count in. I have sent by UPS both all ready to go and needing packing. Each time it has gone very smoothly. The printers that they have you can print by usb or email(emailing the file you need to print to
[email protected]). Apple Pay and contactless payment works at the register.

Convenient location when in the area and walkable. Wow, this location does Passport photos and TSA-Pre clearance! Cool! Fairly large store and easy to find most supply needs within the aisles. Otherwise, just ask someone for help. Can find most of the back to school supplies here... they also do UPS pack and ship as well. Make sure to sign up if not already a member. Check out was quick as well.

I've always loved the way I'm treated at the copy desk. Although the restroom in this store for the last 10 years smells worse than any New York City subway bathroom. I spoken to the manager over the course of the last decade and you would think somebody would pick up a bucket of bleach. Absolutely disgusting the store has really gone downhill. It's a shame there's no up for corporate management position that looks andh oversees thingsThe workers are very nice I pity when they have to use the restroom

Had an issue with transferring data (photo files from one computer to another) and had the pleasure of working with Andrew O'Flaherty, Manager at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional- highly recommend him!
