Man oh man, these guys are lethal. Literally the word professional fits them best. I'm impressed with their work and it just goes to show their passion for their job. Thanks again for taking the time and care for the work on my car. I schedule an appointment , brought the car in the next day and then I was done before I even knew it. Will definitely be visiting in the future if future work is needed. Once again great spot ! Check it out ???

My aunt took her Nissan Rogue to Shine Auto Detailing for a full auto detailing they used harsh cleaners with strong chemicals and now her paint is orange instead of burgundy. They ripped her off charging her $1,200.00 and gave her no receipt and asked her for cash only since they damaged her car paint on all doors. They didn't want to leave paper trails. They take advantage of seniors citizens. They also charged her an extra $300.00 for some leak she had in the car. There wasn't even a leak in the car. They are scam artist. People avoid this place it's full of crooks. The owner should get investigated by Nassau County Consumer affairs. If I could give the ZERO stars I would.

Unfortunately, i had to go this place for auto detailing last week. Omar, manager finalize everything for next day delivery. Next day I called, Mario, owner picked up the phone. He was very rude & nasty over the phone when asked for option to deliver the car after completion of work. He expressed his anger why manager took this job for next day delivery even with their standard charge for detailing. He must not rude to customer even he didnt like his manager's business decision. He mostly works with dealer, so independent customer is not preferable to him. I will never recomend anybody to go this place ever.This guy replied and attention my name as female without even thinking. Then argued about his so called standard appointment procedure as lame excuse. Anyway, i will move on with my shining car always without " Shines Auto detailing Inc' rude business attitude.
