The staff are very rude and for what I see they don't like certain people .I was there and $$349..dlls ..I will not go back .to this location ..if you are not from the area don't go here very bad experience ..

Oh my gosh, this place stinks. I'm new to the neighborhood. I went three times every time I'm dealing with sullen associates, giving me attitude because I want to check out? The last time I was going up front when the cashier walked right past me, and kept going, leaving me asking from the front asking 'does anyone feel like checking me out?'
The answer was no, so I left my purchase on the counter because she was arguing with another staff member and was too busy to offer me any assistance.
And I went to PetSmart.
F you all, and your extreme lack of customer service. If you're corporate and you're reading this, I'm reasonably convinced this rot comes from the top and you should examine the whole store top to bottom including leadership.
It's badly stocked, your employees are just plain old nasty, too cool for school, acting like I am pain, but you're in business?
Anyway, vote with your money. ?

Brought my six month old golden doodle in today for her first haircut. I was nervous since it was her first time and I had never used the grooming services here, but I was lucky enough to get the most amazing Groomer, Nicole, and both my dog and I had the most excellent experience. Nicole was so sweet and you can tell right away she had such a love for animals, and my dog took right to her. The haircut came out incredible and my puppy looks so cute and she was even licking Nicole when it was time to leave so she definitely had a wonderful first haircut experience!! I have found my groomer for life! Thank you Nicole!!! Definitely bring your dog here to her you will be glad you did !

Prices are higher then PetSmart.I bought dog shampoo at Petco 17.99 bottle. Then went to PetSmart same shampoo was9.99. I return shampoo to Petco for refund.

I’m a regular costumer at this Petco and never had a problem. The staff is great and the place is clean however I order 50 large meal worms for curbside pick up and when I got home all the worms were dead and it had this giant black piece that I’m unsure of. The container was foul smelling too. I wouldn’t recommend that you buy insects online from here. And if you do just double check

First time bringing my dog to get groomed and decided to start slow due to my pup not being around too many people so we did a nail trim with Ashley and Juli and I am stuck on WOW!I have a Pitty mix and she’s pretty protective with a loud bark OMG. My pup and I had met Ashley and introduced ourselves a few days before, when I seen my pup comfortable with her I said she was the one lol. Ashley went in back to get Juli- Juli introduced herself, was talking to her, letting her know she wasn’t scared and got pass her barking, which can be intimidating but the two of them did it! My Pup was calm, she did not bark during the process, they were fast, attentive, professional, and calm. Ashely held her while Juli clipped, I was very very impressed with the both of them and truly recommend them. Next time, we are going for the complete service! Gigi and I Thank You ladies a bunch ☺️

This Petco always has everything in stock for you cat owners out there.Every other Petco there's always something missing. This petco is pretty big and it's very clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful when necessary.I've been shopping here now for over a year and always get everything I need for my cats in one visit. Tyvm petco in Glen Cove
