James did an amazing job helping me design an engagement ring. He was able to put the ring together quickly and it turned out beautiful. James worked within my budget that we discussed and never gave me the stereotypical salesman push to go higher than my budget. I highly recommend North Shore Gold & Diamond!

When I say James went above and beyond to get us our wedding bands in less than two weeks.... I am still not over it!!! He made the impossible possible. When we reached out to James to custom make our bands, we scheduled an appointment to visit his shop and get the process rolling about 3 weeks before our wedding. Well, life happened, and we had to cancel our appointment --- but James quickly jumped into action, understood my panic, and brought the process to us. He worked on his day off to meet with us to hear what we wanted and show us some samples. I had very specific asks to complete my set and he exceeded my every expectation and gave me the wedding band of my dreams!!!! He even had my husbands ring engraved for me, which was so special and my favorite part, in the quick turnaround we needed!! I will never not use North Shore Gold & Diamond for any and all jewlery needs! I am sure James' late father is VERY proud of how he has upheld this business!!!!

If you need and quick and reliable place to go, I would highly recommend James. He resized and replaced the batteries in my watches efficiently with great prices. Will be going back for all jewelry fixes! 10/10 service!!

James did a phenomenal job repairing some antique jewlery I had inherited. It looks perfect. I really thought I wouldn't
be able to wear them again. His dedication to fixing these treasures was astounding. He repaired it in a timely fashion and worked at affordable rates.

My father referred me to NSG&D as a long-time patron, and I could not have had a better experience. James made the entire process fast and easy, as honest as they come and fair in his pricing. Super knowledgeable and informative of his field, he answered my millions of questions with a smile and got my repairs done perfectly. It turns out James has been working behind the scenes all these years with his late father at the store; he was the one designing beautiful custom pieces I've seen gifted in my family for years! I’ve been on the hunt for an honest and reliable jeweler. James did an incredible job with my wedding rings. I needed them resized to be made larger, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! I despaired when Barry - the designer of my ring-passed away. Yet James took over the business and did “CPR” on my ring. He has a passion for doing quality work and gives great customer service. I am absolutely amazed with how beautiful my jewelry looks. My husband brought in my rings, a bracelet and necklaces to be cleaned and they came home looking better than new. They are now sparkling and shiny with no scratches at all. A diamond was replaced in my bracelet, and James ensured all the settings were intact to prevent further loss. One necklace was beyond our ability to fix and it was a tangled mess, James and company fixed it with ease. I am beyond happy with their service and highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.
