Horrible, tricky, lying, bullying, ridiculous hard sell. Has changed management since positive reviews. Avoid this awful place. Whatever they are offering, it's not worth that experience.

Sales person was terrific. Answered our questions, no pressure sales, and helped us find what we were looking for. We bought the car due to the great experience we had. We were just looking! Not intending to purchase. James in sales was great!
