Terrible place, bad service, the worker there was terrible. I went to get her to help me activate my cell phone and she didn't even get up from where she was, she just said there was no system.In the afternoon I went again and the same thingIn the end he said that my cell phone was blocked just for not helping me.Very bad attention

This place is trash. They did something to my phone to where my voicemail was changed to Spanish and I was locked out of my phone. Even my 8 digit pin was changed. I switched to another phone company behind this, and I had metro for years before i went to their store.

Personally, a very bad experience with some employees, especially the one on Friday, this person, of the two times I've been there, only says to call customer service without showing the slightest interest in doing his job...
