Martino’s is the best!!!! My fiancé recently took his car here for damage on his driver side quarter panel now the car looks like nothing ever happened! The repair to the paint job done on the car was beautiful!! I loved that I didn’t have to deal with the insurance at all, Jon handled everything for us! The process was so easy and painless!!

THE ONLY AUTO SHOP I GO TO! i live in roslyn and i have owned mercedez, audi, and multiple bmw's. this is the only shop i go to when my cars are having an issue. anything from auto body work to computer work, a to z, this is the only shop i trust. sending all my family and friends after being a repeat customer with my luxury vehicles!

I don't typically write reviews on any shops because I understand how they can ruin honest businesses but these guys are awful. They made a ton of promises to me personally after I went in person to see why the job was taking so long. After the car was returned the quote randomly became $5,000 more despite the fact that not a single promise was fulfilled. The paint didn't bond correctly and later I was peeling large flakes of paint off. Do yourself a favor and avoid these losers. Don't get scammed by the smooth/fast talking style that they throw at you. Hopefully my bad experience will protect someone else. Such a shame that their are so many crooks trying to take advantage out there.

Convenient free rental car. The insurance claim process was easy. My 2nd accident with them. I hope I won’t be back lol.

For over ten years i’ve trusted them exclusively with my families problems and fender benders . My brothers car was just fixed (Mercedes) flawlessly. The shop has done three of my Lamborghinis in special ways, and charged me like a regular customer. Their prices are competitive but their work is far above everyone else’s. I can’t say enough about them. they’ve done my mothers car and that means they are the absolute best in the business if I trust them with my mother…… and my Lamborghinis. But you know mostly ❤️Mom…. On my cross country journey to New York from Washington state I hit a deer, and destroyed the my front bumper and some other internal parts. Martino's got me in and fixed my car in a timely manner! Even with going through insurance!! John the manager went above and beyond to help me in any way and listen to any concerns I had! He kept me updated on my car and the parts! When I picked up my car I was in complete shock! My car looked even better than it did when I brought it home from the dealership! They did an amazing job!

My situation was never resolved and I ended up removing my car from their shop after 10 months of being lied to. Please be warned, I used this shop to handle a paint job / insurance claim and it turned into a logistic nightmare. All they were concerned about was getting a ton of $ from the insurance company. Checks were signed over to them immediately and held up my cars work for 10 months until I finally removed it from their possession in pieces. There was an abundance of lies throughout, would never give me an approximate completion date and wouldn't return an appropriate amount of $ signed over to them. I've added pictures of how they got the car, then how I picked it up after 10 months, barely any work done, just disassembled, no painting work. Good luck to anyone that uses them.

Joe and Jon are the best guys to deal with. if you want to get quality work take your car to them. they fixed my Lambo's my Mclaren and a few porsche's over the years 1st class shop.

Back in July 2022 i was taking a road trip back to my home state of R.I. and was hit from behind going to there. Coming home i was side swiped causing extensive damage to my car!!Being a lease and super low mileage i needed a body shop that not only specialized in OEM BMW repair but a shop that i couldtrust with my baby!! My car required a lot to get her back to showroom status. Had a fender bender on my 2020 Audi A6 and needed a good shop. My cousin who's an auto blogger recommended Martino Auto and they did an excellent job. Took a little bit longer than expected but car came back looking MINT! John took care of me from the get go and I couldn't be more happier. Great people and service with great body work. Will be recommending them to anyone I know.
