Debbie corrected a half head of highlights and a lovely (but compromised) money piece. She recommended reasonable products to use to keep up my hair and the beautiful color correction. I will be returning because she's very good to use for color.

Erica the Celebrity stylist who worked on my favorite soap opera person. Erica is the best, i discuss what i want and what i don’t want and she listens. I walk out of her chair feeling beautiful and fabulous especially at the Plaza in nyc at The WarrenTricomi salon. So happy to have finally met a great hairstylist.

Great job by Erica! If you are looking for a way of embracing your grays and having a hip do - see Erica. The cut alone is so on point if I let my hair air dry, it still looks great and falls into place. I will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I wish I could give more than five (5) stars for Erica, who has been my hairdresser for over four (4) years. Erica always makes my hair look and feel very sexy. She gives great advice, and is extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable in the industry. Unfortunately, I moved out of New York and live in Florida. I wish we had more hairdressers like Erica. I can’t seem to find anyone like her, and always end up firing them. Rest assure, every time I am in New York, Erica is the first person to get a phone call from me, and sure enough, I’m back to feeling beautiful and sexy. My mom loves her too. We both get so many beautiful compliments from friends and family. A big thank you to Erica. You are the best! Ten (10) stars for Erica!

Had the best experience with Erica my hair is extremely fine and Erica did an amazing job with putting the right amount and length extensions in my hair. Erica did an amazing job blending my hair and cutting it to give me the best volume and fullness u haven’t had in a while. Thank you Erica for doing such a great job I highly recommend you! I looked up this place because it was close to home and I called before hand because I just wanted to trim my dead ends. I explained to them that i was going to arrive with Keratin product in my hair and they just needed to rinse with water and trim. They told me that Erica was going to be the one doing the cutting. Not only did they charge me 65 for hair cut without a blowout by the way, but she was super rude and interrupting when ever I tried to explain my situation. She constantly said she couldn’t provide me a haircut with wet hair, which is hilarious to me because for 20 years of my life, that’s how It was done. She literally insulted my hair and saying I needed a “golden treatment” which was worth 30 more dollars. She literally cut my hair in such a short amount of time and insisted for me to blow dry it the next day. Best believe when i got home i blowdried it and saw the horrible mess she had done. One side was completely chopped and shorter than the other and I was truly upset because she had taken off much more of my hair then expected. My boyfriend saw me crying about it because I was furious about the poor job this “professional with over twenty years of experience” did to my poor hair. He promptly called and spoke to the owner to have this rectified. The next day I had to go back in fear to now another stylist Debbie who luckily was able to fix the poor job previously done and I am thankful for that, but now I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am now out $105 dollars and lost over 6 inches on my hair when all I went there for was a trim of the dead ends of my hair which should of only been an inch.Service: Haircut

Erica has been doing my hair for 20+ years… she is amazing!!!! My whole family goes to her!! We have followed her everywhere she went from the West Village , Chelsea, to Pierre Michel on 57th and Lex. She is a phenomenal colorist. She will give you the most hip haircut, SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!. Erica even did hair for my favorite soap ONE LIFE TO LIVE. and not to mention she has the most sweet personality!!! Anyone would be privileged to sit in her chair at Hair Above! Anyone looking for the best GO TO ERICA!!! She rocks!!!

My girl Erica is THE BEST!! Her talent and knowlege of color is the ultimate. She works wonders and has the Jen Aniston carmel blonde down to a tee. Wish I could see her more but shes always so busy with her TV and Broadway committments. Simply the best!!

My hair is ridiculously difficult to lift. my passion for blonde highlights over the years has left me with redish orange hair when visiting various salons. Deb the owner has worked with me to to fix what other salons have done, and now I ONLY trust her to touch up my roots. My roots now come out blonde not orange!!

The Haor Above salon is the worst im a Celwbrity stylist works in tv And Broadway from one the Acclaimed BROASWAY DIRECTORS SCOTT ELLIS. MARRISSA TOMEI. THIE SALON IS THE MOST DISGUSTING SALON. RAT TRAPS. NO PRODUCTS DEBBOE USES BEAUTY SCHOOL PRODUCT. THEN WHEN I SAW I THOUGHT IT WAS FLOOR CLEANER AS SHE USED ALL MY GORGEOUS ORBIE AND KERASTESSE SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONERS SHE LOOKS LIKE A SLOB GOING HAIR I HAD TO BRONG IN ALL MY PRODUCTS FOILS THEY NEVER REMBERUSED ME. STAN THE OWNER HAS NO BED SIDE MANJOR SLOPPY. I WORKED AT THE BEST OF THE BEST THE SALON IS A DUMP AND YOUR TALKING TO ME ABCS ONE LIFE TO LIFE KIMORA LEE SIMMONS SHO. ANDREA BOCELLI IT DOEST GETTER THEN MY CARRER. Rosie's great! I split my hair services (color at one, cut another, extensions at another one) so I only see Rosie when my usual girl is booked. She's kind and fast and easy to talk to. The salon itself needs a facelift, it's huge which is nice but they could do so much more with the space. Parking is never an issue and my appts run on time.

Too expensive…they only cater to a certain group of people. They don’t get a lot of customers because of the prices.
