Earlier in the day, I had a bad experience on the other side of town at the post mailroom, which tried to charge me $10 to have a document notarized. I knew the law limits notary fees to $2. I went here, they followed the law and charged me $2, they were pleasant, and the store smells good.

I should have read the reviews before I went there. I honestly don’t know how they are open. The girl who works there is incompetent and rude.

These people are opportunists that over charge, Buyer beware Make sure you are aware of what service you are signing for and the actual cost. You can so better at the post office on the next block, avoid this establishment.

You would think the owners would put more staff on for the holidays instead of just having 1 person on at the counter. The line of customers was 10 deep and I've never seen anyone move more slow than today. After 25 minutes of standing on line for a scan, I had to leave.

It’s 9:25 on Thursday July 8th 2022 . Store still close , nobody show up , a trainer guy is waiting to and is his first day .So disappointed . The community of glen cove miss the old owner, he was a very professional and complete responsibility to running this business .

Thursday, my wife Julie, and myself went to Gold Coast mailroom to ship a package. The lady behind the counter (Jasmine) was very rude, and unprofessional, beside the fact that she was trying to convince us to ship something express to the city, and ground service would just suffice. Just a scam mentality to get the customer to pay more. We demanded to speak with the owner to complain about her rude behavior, but she made many excuses not to give his info. Finally, she gave us an email address supposedly for the owner, but later we found out that this email address belongs to another business not connected with Gold Coast and it is not the same owner. the gentleman from that other business responded almost immediately and informed us that gold coast employees are using his email address every time a customer complain, and demand to speak with the owner of Gold Coast Mailroom. and it is happening 3-5 times each day. Shame on north shore community for supporting Gold Coast Mailroom. this type of store does not belong here. I encourage everyone to take their business somewhere else.

I put my package on the scale and it flew right off the scale because the scale has wheels. The representative didn't even attempt to hold it in place and just laughed, it probably happens all the time. My package fell and got damaged. I have expensive fragile merchandise in there. The package has fragile sticker on it. It's somebody's business or a gift, enough with the shipping companies and such being so careless with our money!

Yesterday I wanted to ship an envelope to the city, and the guy at the counter said it will cost $35.37.I was in shock. I went somewhere else in town and I shipped that same for $11.23. This place is a big scam. We will never go back there again
