This place has gone downhill. The owner is never on the premises. Machines are not being regularly maintained. The customers using this laundromat are inconsiderate to say the least. Taking up the folding table space and give you an attitude when you ask them to please move or take their personal belongings off the table so you can fold your clothes. Families with their unruly kids...running around etc. and nit being disciplined.I have had it with this place..

Been washing at this laundromat for years and never had issues. Clothes washed and dried well even with their new appliances. Though the dryers no longer get as hot as they used to. Unfortunately it took me double the time and money to dry my clothes and even then, some were still damp after 40 minutes and 5 dryers.Other than the dryers, my experience at this laundromat is always pleasant. The women working there are always kind and always so helpful with my inquiries.Pick up drop off service isn’t my favorite being that your clothes aren’t ready until two days after but I understand it takes time. I did have an experience where I dropped off specific products to use when washing my clothes, but they were never used yet alone opened. It was annoying but not a big deal to me.The bathroom is always readily available to customers fully stocked and clean, but sometimes the door is locked so you do have to ask an attendant.The vending machines don’t always work so I don’t advise that you use them.Parking can get packed so if you have a space you may not want to be so quick to leave.Overall a decent laundromat with, unfortunately poor dryers.

Wost experiance ever!! My feeonce was doing my laundry when the washing machine completly broke stopped worming and locked our clothing in it. The woman there said only could be fixed with a technition coming to fix it. This was on a sat. They then told me and her we would not be able to get the clothing back till Tuesday!! So i had to go buy new underwear etc etc. Tuesday rolls around it still is not ready, finally Thursday comes and we get the clothing back dam near a week later and they have the nerve to charge me 16 bucks!! Will never ever go back there again!!!

I've been doing drop-off wash and fold for years. The staff is friendly, and my clothes are always clean, nicely folded, and well packaged.

Always dirty. Always crowded. People come in with 6 months worth of laundry and take 9 washers and then 9 dryers. Attendants are rude. Women that work there don't know how to open lint filters to clean them.

Absolutely terrible service especially from the head guy that works there. The credit card option doesn’t work either. I pick the heavy soiled wash press start and it says delicate wash. I go tell the guy he said he can’t help me. What’s his job ? To do nothing? Seriously this guy should fire himself and get a job looking at the wall.
