“The sales person was courteous, he explained warranty on furniture. He showed my husband and I various sofas that we sat in for comfort, length of seat cushion and high head rest. We also wanted power for lumbar and headrest. We eventually found a sofa that had a remote for each seat and the color we wanted. We will receive sofa in 6-8 weeks and our current sofa will be removed and put on curbside. Our experience was very good and I would recommend store to other people I know.”

“This review is for my experience in the showroom and communications with staff. The showroom is very clean and has models of many types of bedroom furniture geared mostly towards children and teens. As an adult I found the options enjoyable and wished they existed when I was younger! The staff were knowledgeable about their products and helped me explore various furniture layouts for my needs. Since I was shopping for a bunk bed, it was integral to see what a low, medium, and high bunk would feel like. The store had all presentations. I communicated many of my inquiries by text and found them to be very responsive and flexible. Also thankful for the family friendly bathrooms! Great experience so far.”

Morey & Matthew at Horizon’s went above & beyond our expectations - helping her select the stools, securing 4 matching stools , doing the assembly, wrapping & reboxing them and holding them for us until moving day so we could pick them up with the moving truck. Great quality Armisco chairs at a better price than we saw elsewhere and superb customer service. They’ve been in business for 44 years and I can see why.”
