Love this place- they go above and beyond to take care of your vehicle, explain everything to you, and make it a smooth process. they even facilitated driving our rental car back! needing a car fixed can be stressful but this place made it a pleasure (as much as it can be). special shout out to melissa for going above and beyond!

I've lived in Glen Cove for over 35 years and Flower Hill auto body shop is Hand-down the Best , I've ever visited.
I would give them 10 stars if I could ! From the start to finish, working with them was amazing experience (receive update text messages on repair status)
Ghaliya was wonderful - I did not have an appointment, but she was kind enough to accommodate me as well as give me a courtesy ride, which she did't have to do. TY
I needed some repairs done to my Mercedes-Benz and I am extremely happy with how my car came out! Besides doing a phenomenal job, they were also very speedy: I had my car in at noon and pick up by 5pm. Thank you so much Team Flower Hill Glen Cove and Ghaliya for your professionalism and Incredible work!

Flower Hill Auto Body Shop in Glen Cove provided a surprisingly stress free experience. After my vehicle was in a 4 vehicle collision I had the daunting task of determining which auto body shop to use.
My insurance company provided me with a preferred list of auto body shops in my area.
I selected Flower Hill Body Shop because of the convenient location near my home and the car rental facility I would be utilizing for at least one month.
The professionalism at every level of my personal interaction was impeccable. They kept me updated step-by-step throughout the entire process of what was occurring with my vehicle daily through phone calls, texts, videos, and pictures.
Customer representatives, Adrianes and Melisa are true gems. They exemplified professionalism while simultaneously being appropriately personable. They truly appeared to care and extended a sense of empathy for my predicament.
I highly recommend Flower Hill Auto Body Shop in a heartbeat.

My experience with Flower Hill Auto Body was excellent from start to finish. Ghaliya took me through all the steps we needed at drop off. She assisted me in the rental process as well. She was very professional and kind.
I enjoyed receiving the texts with the status of my vehicle. It kept me informed every step of the process.
At pick up, another staff member took me through the pick up process. She showed me all the work done on my vehicle including photos during the repair. She answered all my questions.
I was extremely happy with the work and that every single employee I communicated with was absolutely amazing. I would 100% go back if needed! Definitely recommend Flower Hill!
