The pharmacy should update their signage that it closes from 1:25-2pm, not 1:30pm. They are wasting my time and leaving me in pain by closing early and not accepting customers who are there before the time stated on the signs.

The store is clean, the staff are courteous and helpful and I save a lot of money on my family's daily essentials here. As for the pharmacy, they are efficient and knowledgable and always ready to help. This CVS location is really a great store!

Hi ?♂️my name is Sami It's my pleasure to say that I shop at a lot of different CVS stores. By far hands down This is one of the best one's I've been to yet. It's fully STOCKED AND THE STAFF Members are extremely friendly and helpful at all times In every which way It makes my shopping experience that much better. I come in every weekend first thing in the morning to pick up items and supplies for my mom who is 79 years of age. I know for a fact that This store will always have those items in stock that I'm looking for and I can always count on these cvs staff members to making sure to always having a great selection and a clean store to visit every time. I will continue doing my business at this Glenn Cove location and I wanna Thank you all for always being so helpful to me each and every time. You guys are all appreciated & wonderful people Thank You so much?♂️❤️? Sami

I was told my medication would be in the next day, the next day came and it was not in. Then they said it should be in the following day, the following day came and it was not in. Then I called today and the lady on the phone sounded not the least bit concerned, she sounded annoyed actually, and told me that she doesn't know when my medication will be in stock. Despicable service.

Love this cvs, the staff for the front store is amazing and very helpful, the pharmacy staff is also Fantastic Overall this is the best cvs I have been to, they are great and really recommend this area.

CVS in Glen cove on Glen cove Ave - been going here for many many years - never really had a problem besides occasional issue of being told a medicine was ready to be picked up and you arrive and it's not ready - no big deal - it happens -yesterday - after long day and I am rushing to get to my 95 year old mom -stopped by to pick up her medicine I was told earlier in the day on the phone was ready to be picked up "right now " . I get get to Cvs around 6 pm after a long day - wait on line for -10-15 minutes and was told medication was not ready -and was inexplicably told there were no prescriptions ready and that I have to speak to the pharmacist "nick" who,thankfully, I never dealt with before -tried to go speak with him but he made me wait and wait and wait before finally graciously speaking with me - he then incorrectly told me the medication was not available until Jan sometime - he basically brushed me to the side and dealt with another customer - I explained that we were out of medic and it was needed and yet he could care less - despite the fact I was told 6 hours earlier medic was ready to be picked up - - so despite their clear mistake I had to plead to ask for at least two pills until this gets cleared up - he didn't want to even do this - he finally agreed to give me 2 pills - only if I pay for them ...of course I said and was told I had to wait -so I wait again - I am finally called to counter and about to check out and cashier said oh wait - I have to get this approved - I said it was approved - she said nick has to approve this again- so she tries to go to speak to him- Despite Nick knowing full well I have been waiting now over 30 minutes for their mistake he makes her wait and wait and wait -,I had seen enough and had to intervene and asked him to please give his second approval as I am very late - he then became sarcastic , disrespectful and discourteous in a manner I have never seen from a pharmacist -I get it -mistakes are made - no big deal - but to take it out on a customer and to be this disrespectful is just plain wrong -not once did he utter the word sorry - rather, he blamed me and basically said it was my mistake and could care less that I had to wait close to 40 minutes for him to finally help me .Nick obviously needs some lessons in dealing with customers in a courteous and respectful manner.

My mother-in-law finally got the courage to get her Covid vaccine and we helped her get an appointment here at this CVS. The pharmacist, Melissa Lee, treated her inhumanely, made her bleed far more than normal from the injection site, didn't apologize and tried to justify her inability to properly administer a shot, and gave her an attitude about it. I cannot get through to the store manager so I'm leaving a review here to ask the local community to avoid this store.
