Pharmacist lost my girlfriends prescription then had the audacity to try and spin it like it was stolen. Every member was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible location. Avoid at all costs

This store doesn't ever answer the phone. If they do you get hung up on. So after 16 phone calls you drive over and the line is long and the service is slow and miserable. You don't get what you need. I'm done spending money here again. Zero service. It's Misery doing business with this place every time

Cvs pharmacy used to provide good service specially the pharmacist that was there for a long time but left. It took like 4 visits for me to get the medicine , they keep blaming the doctor or insurance ?

Pharmacist always has an attitude. Literally every single time I come, they are short, look at you like you’re a problem, and say contradicting statements about your medication.I only use this location because they have my medication. Probably because no one uses it because they are so bad.

Esther is the absolute WORST Pharmacist I’ve ever encountered at not only this location, but any CVS location. She has absolutely no compassion for customers/patients & should not work as a pharmacist. She blatantly ignores people who approach the consultation desk & then gives attitude once she finally does acknowledge you. Her attitude was disgusting enough to turn me off from getting my medications from CVS altogether. I’m now looking for a new pharmacy. Please remove her from her position so no one else has to be treated the way I was today.

I would differently recommend this cvs to my friends and family it was easy to find what I was locking for and the manager was very polite and helpful. This cvs has improved so much.

One star it to high for this CVS. The pharmacy department is horrible they can't do anything in a timely manner ever. I will never use this CVS again.

Pharmacy is terrible no one answers the phone for 30 mins plus on hold I end up hanging up, there rude, scripts are never ready when they say and the work at a snail pace pathetic

horrible pharmacy poor customer services my medicine need to be refrigerator was out on the counter "warm" long hold on the phone, drive thru, in person half store is a big messed & empty shelf's ... you need more feed back
