Staff is extremely rude. Saw a staff member yell at an elderly man trying to pick up his prescriptions. Another staff member was rude to me on the phone for a simple misunderstanding about insurance coverage. Healthcare and insurance are already so complicated and stressful, there’s no need to add to it. You’re better off getting your prescriptions filled at a local pharmacy where they treat you with basic respect.

To be quite honest, I've always gone to Rite Aid. Wasn't too happy with CVS at the time. I did take full advantage of coupons, certain % off entire purchase, etc. Last night I received an email about my "Extra Bucks Rewards". Purchased over $14.00 in merchandise and after all rewards were applied, I ended up paying .20 cents!!! Never, ever in my life have I received such incredible discounts at a store.
I would like to add that u should have more price check machines since either the item has no price, or under the wrong header or misleading in what price is until you get to register. Majority of the time I hv to go to the machine to input my phone # n get a ridiculous amount of paper which I consider a total waste of paper. If u look in yr garbage can, there's tons of papers with coupons that customers have thrown away.

Bad experience this CVS was favorite since I was 16 but I went this morning and they had this guy looks like from china he was very disgusting giving his service when I only ask if they had flu vaccine still available and the girl at consultation started smiling I don’t know about what ? .. very bad service I’m very disappointed with service in this CVS .

This pharmacy reduced its staff. The staff which remained are real unhappy and it shows in the way they handle customers. Prescriptions sent by physicians are not filled for more than 48 hours. No one answers the phone. Impossible to talk to a pharmacist. Everything is on recordings. Letters to the corporate office result in a canned email expressing how quality is strived for in their stores. Not a good place to get ones meds.

The drive through is always 20-30 minutes wait time. They must be allowing customers to wait at the window as their Rx gets filled! I've got to find a different pharmacy.

I have been a frequent shopper at CVS for a while now and can’t say enough good things of the staff in the Glen Cove location. The manager, Need, is always helpful if I have a question and the other workers are very friendly . Never rude or rushing while checking out like in other locations. The little things don’t go unnoticed.

I had an amazing experience with this pharmacy. Love the fact that they're always open when everything else is closed. When I called in the staff was phenomenal that answering my questions. Most importantly I got what I needed during a holiday time when everything else was closed

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude on phone. I call for a simple question and get through the incredibly annoying automated system only to be met with no patience. I asked them for a quick moment and before I know it they hang up on me. This added into their general attitude of just refusing to elaborate and giving attitude for asking about things

This pharmacy constantly has customers waiting on line and the phone rings off the hook. Despite the craziness- the entire staff genuinely wants to help and always is pleasant. I do find that they go above and beyond.
