Today I called the concierge twice for a package that was on the way and they didn’t pick up both times. However, when I got to the lobby the concierge was on the phone talking to her friend from what it sounded like…not a good look, Fairfield!

Harrison, is the BEST! We have had to submit a few service tickets and each time he comes he gives us a clear explanation of what's wrong, what caused it, and how he will fix it. He always does so quickly and never leaves a mess. If you can request a service person he is absolutely who you want to come to the rescue!

The maintenance guys are awesome. Always there to help me with every little problem I have. Luis and Marlon are always around where I can ask them any questions about my apartment and they are always very helpful. I know they usually mainly stay in the south building, but it would be great to see them more in the north... read full comment
