“I picked up my key to move in literally the day after the transfer of ownership. In fact, my lease was an Avalon lease. Tomorrow I'll be signing my first Fairfield lease. I love this place. I'm honestly pretty shocked at the other reviews on here because I think it's great. I did live in a terrible place before so this is a huge upgrade for me, but I just don't understand why this place is getting so much hate.I love John and Sylvia in concierge. They're so amazing and sweet and extremely helpful. Guy in the south building is so awesome too.My husband and I can barely afford this place, but we're so happy to be here.Yes, there's a lot of construction all the time, but it's only because they're renovating each apartment between tenants. They're working on making this place so modern and beautiful. I have one of the older apartments and I still think it's really nice. There's great soundproofing between the apartments and I LOVE the new keyless Latch lock system they've added. There are only two things that bother me, one being that quite a bit of noise comes through the windows from the street. The other is that we pay an amenity fee every month, but then there's a fee on top of that if we actually want to use them (this doesn't include the fitness room or pool - no extra fee for those). There's a little lounge in the North building that I wanted to reserve for my husband and I and 2 friends; the cost would have been $350! That just seems crazy to me.Those are the only complaints I have though. This place really feels like home to us and we're really happy to be here. <3”

“Had a great time playing at the Towers. The course was well maintained with nice rolling fairways, bunkers protecting greens, and fast greens. I highly recommend playing it, if you get the opportunity. The staff in the clubhouse and restaurant were very friendly and we a loved the food. A+”

“I spent one night at The Vanderbilt and the staff was amazing. The room was impeccable. Everything was spotless, spacious, and felt like a home away from home. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site and it was delicious. We were even able to get in a morning work out because there’s a gym full of equipment! I can’t wait to stay visit again.”

“I really like the vibe of the buildingThe high ceilings, the amenities, the details in everything. My experience was excellent starting from the walk through that I had. Kathy was so helpful, friendly and made me feel that she was there to help me find the best fit for what I needed and expected in my apartment. She was on top of everything to make this process as smooth as possible and fast. I am very happy I will move in to The Mariner.”

“We stayed at Eagle Rock in Mineola for a little under a year, while our house was under construction. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. We felt home, and the staff made us feel welcome. Linda at the office was very accommodating, and the maintenance crew was very responsive. Oscar fixed things promptly and neatly. One thing that could use an improvement was the laundry area, where machines were out of repair often, but overall no big deal. In the warmer spring weather, there were some ants coming in from the outside, but that was taken care of promptly. There were no cockroaches as some reviews note, but occasional water bugs (which look a bit like big roaches) in the laundry area. Again, that was no big deal and taken care of right away. Any complaint or issue was addressed promptly. There were many life-long residents there, and we made some good friends with quite a few. They have ample parking. No problem with deliveries, either packages or food. Located in a very safe neighborhood and close to everything, including huge Stop and Shop, Roosevelt Field Mall, stores, and many nice restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this Eagle Rock location to anyone looking short- or long-term living.”

“Had the pleasure of living here for 7 years.Let me just say that during Covid all the workers were working overtime following all guidelines and keeping the building CLEAN.They are up to date with appliances and Apps for putting in service requests. Very fast and easy to use.Maintenance staff is truly one of a kind and hard working.Prime location (express LIRR will get you into penn station in 10 mins LITERALLY)Sweet and kind neighbors. Safe neighborhood.Surrounding businesses are closed by 9/10 so it’s very quiet at night which is a huge plus.I would recommend this residential building to all my friends and family :)”
