Phone number goes directly to voicemail you go there and the doors are locked it's impossible to get hold of anybody doesn't do fix anything anyway I wouldn't waste your time

HORRIBLE BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order online over a month ago and I still haven't received it. I have tried multiple times to email and call to find out where my order is, and they only answered the phone once. They said they would check on my order and get back to me within the hour and never called back.

I placed an order with Heavy Haulers Trailers & Truck Accessories on February 9, 2021 for some aluminum trailer trim. It is now March 3, 2021 and still haven't received my order. I tried emailing them, I get no response. Every time I try to call them they don't answer the phone, except for once in which they said they will have to check on my order and call me back within the hour and never called back. I am now trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my order and give me a refund, but I'm sure that will be a struggle as well with these people. ... Read More

This company is a joke. Ordered dual overhead springs for a trailer, product didn't show up 3 weeks later, called them, they said it was stuck in a warehouse, then they called me up 3 days later and said they can get it but it cost them too much to ship so they were canceling the order. Lame....., they should have shipped no matter the cost, not the customers fault. They'd never even refund the order if I never asked about it. How do companies like this stay in business??

customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!DONT ORDER ONLINE!!!! it took 3 weeks to find out part ordered was not being made anymore, wonder how long they would have taken to tell me without me calling to find out???

Tried to contact and recording says wait and you'll be connected it hangs up on you everytime and no one will answer the phone ive been trying since 11/5 and today 11/6. since the website says it shipped and tracking hasnt moved and is now saying it won be here till 11/13 id just like a refund if i cant get my parts

They stayed late to help us process our purchase, trailer looks great too. Only fault is that we didn't check the brakes before we left-no power from truck to trailer. Going to see if we can fix that tomorrow.
