My car was vandalized and these people made that experience not nearly as painful as it could have been. Brian communicated along the way every thing that was going on. They also all tried to help come up with alternatives when we ran into issues. Also a lovely group to chat with.

I can’t speak highly enough of West Herr Auto Glass. Brian and Michelle went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience getting my glass replaced. It’s rare to find customer service as exceptional as theirs.
