Went to West Herr not sure what type of car I wanted. Melissa was the best! Super knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my search. Even though I decided not to get a Ford, she got in touch with other West Herr locations and found me exactly what I wanted. 10/10 :)

Just purchased a brand new Nautilus from them and they were great! West Herr has been my go to dealer many times over. Thanks Dave, Chadd and Tyler, and also Nick from their Cadillac place. So easy peasy! A very smooth sale.
