Awful experience with the dealership took 3 yrs to get a key fob that should have came with my truck purchase live 65 miles away made 3 round trips from Belfast NY and last week I finally got a fob BUT THEY COULD NOT CUT THE KEY TO GO WITH IT ! Recent service at Quick Lane was a train wreck. Oil chance and NYS inspection took 3.5 hours!!! I always check under the hood before I leave and low and behold the tech left an oily rag under the hood....could have easily caught fire!!! Also the old reminder sticker was still on the inside of my windshield. After 3.5 hours I expected more from a West Herr service center. The customer service representative appeared to be stressed out when I brought this to his attention, but offered no apology. I have had multiple vehicles serviced at this location for 30 years and have been generally happy, but it appears that they just don't care about their customers anymore.

I purchased, used, a 2022 bronco Big Bend. I love the vehicle so far. I have a crack in my windshield and Gail is helping me repair that- they give me a new windshield. Vicki my sales person was very thorough and knowledgeable.

I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door with a friendly smile and good morning they took my car right away no waiting said it could take about an hour, took less then a half hour such a great experience definitely will keep coming back

BEWARE!!!!! My car was in for maintenance and while the car was there they asked me if I wanted it appraised. I said yes, only because my husband has already had the vehicle appraised elsewhere. When my husband took it for appraisal, it was quoted anywhere between $9,000 and $11,000 trade in value. The person on the phone at West Herr had the audacity to tell me that its trade-in value was between $1,000 and $3,000. I hate to be a cynic but I have to assume it's because he thought he was talking to an uneducated female that wouldn't know her car's value and therefore he could get a better profit off me if I decided to trade in. Literally straight up lied. I'll never service my vehicle there again.

They identified the issues and repaired my truck timely, all repairs are expensive so I can't speak on that. Only reason for the 4 star review is because the mechanic left some on the shields under neath the truck unfastened. Not a big deal since I too work in maintenance but for someone that isn't may be an issue.

If there was a 0, I’d leave that. Very angry with how you are transferred every time to multiple different people, you leave a message, no call back. My issue wasn’t fixed, which ok, I will bring it back in but I’ll need a rental as I work a lot and far. They didn’t arrange one yet, the scheduling told me the wrong place, now the sunroof is leaking instead of just making noise. You ask them a question about the rental and they pass it all on you to make the calls WHEN ITS UNDER WARRANTY. I will never buy another ford due to the customer service. Love my explorer though.

Tyler and his team in the service department did a good job of installing a new head liner inside my 2019 lincoln mkc. They also changed the rear tailgate motor that stopped working. Rotated my tires and balanced them. He made sure I was in a vehicle and never worried while the repairs were going on. West Herr service department saved my butt . I had 2015 Ford escape that I bought my wife which had an extended warranty. I live in Florida was up in Clarence NY and the transmission died. I called four dealers and West Herr was the only one that said bring it in. Every one was great Mary the receptionist,Bill the service manager and especially Mr Fiegel the tech that rebuilt my transmission. Six business days later I drove the 1400 miles back home with out a glitch. I recommend them highly their the best. West Herr Ford service department on 10 Cambell Blvd. Getzville, NY.

This dealership sent me an email triumphantly announcing a shuttle service while your car is in for repair. I schedule my recall repair and let them know I want a shuttle service back to my home. I get to the dealership and I am told it is an hour and a half wait for the shuttle. Seriously ???? Why promote a service that is if no value to a customer. This is a repair due to a recall because the car was manufactured badly. Not my fault and not a repair because of wear and tear. I will be taking my car elsewhere for regular maintenance from now on.Service: Auto maintenance
