You couldn't ask for a better team. They handle quite a bit that really should be researched by the customer prior to stopping in. Dealing with the public is a job in itself let alone handling multiple, difficult questions with a rush of people all coming in at once. They're staffed essentially on a shoe string budget so we want to try and make their job easier because we certainly need them. Tips: Try the USPS web site for passport Q&A. Tracking info - go to the USPS web site for simple tracking assistance. Missing, late or damaged mail & packages - go to the USPS web site as they have a plethora of info to help assist you. Lastly, make sure your item is properly packaged / sealed for safe arrival as they cannot pack / tape loose boxes on site due to how busy it can be during the day. The office may seem slow one minute but two minutes later they could have ten people in line. They do have some packing materials on site for you to purchase and pack independently in the back area. Help them help you – Jerry Maguire :)

I feel like I got discrimination by one client. I say hi how are you and he didn‘t respond, then after everything done, I said thank you, still no response. He even did not look at me once.

Dustin took care of me today, and was very unhelpful. You can definitely tell I do not send packages often by how I was asking questions trying to come in at 450 to send my package with just getting out of work he was a super miserable person. I do not want to come here and deal with this again.

Best post office experience I have ever had. I had to get my passport and photo done. I made an appointment ahead of time and was in and out in 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Visited just before closing, to ship a return. And the girl at the counter was helpful, and sealed my package, as I did not have any tape, as a one-off, which saved me a lot of hassle.Thank you!

I went to this post office to get my passport renewed, and unfortunately I had to deal with Anthony, who was completely unhelpful and condescending. He was prepared to cancel my appointment when I had showed up with a portion of blank paperwork (because I had questions for them before completing it) before his manager kindly swooped in to assist me and told me not to worry, that they’d still follow through with my appointment as scheduled. He also, not sympathetically in the least, informed me that my passport would not arrive in time for a planned trip I had. While I understand he’s not in control of that, I felt slighted at his appeared enjoyment in telling me I wouldn’t be able to go on my trip. Lastly, he was once again very unhelpful in explaining my choices for payment, and before I knew it I was being charged $130 for a money order. Had he explained all of these issues, such as the paperwork, the passport not arriving in time, and the fact that a money order is $130 extra, I would not have gotten my passport at this time. I’m a college student with limited funds and would have made a different plan for myself, but at the end of the appointment when everything was already finalized without any of these things being explained to me, it was too late for me to make any other decision. Frankly, I felt taken advantage of because of my age and regret going here for help.

Its unfortunate that instead of being promoted or moved to positions because of hard work people instead perform poorly so that they will be selected to do such tasks

This is my go-to post office in beautiful downtown Getzville. Like the bar Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Sure, I do lots of USPS stuff online but it's nice to pop in now and then for neighborly service and experience. You can always use the self-serve area should you prefer. Or pick up boxes, supplies and even greeting cards at this location. This post office has a reputation for being cheerful and helpful and has been for years.
