Nick and another staff came out to update our modem and hook up another TV in our home. They were helpful. They came as scheduled and hooked us up quickly. I truly appreciate GTel employees and customer service they are always so helpful. There internet and cable is a dream compared to our previous provider. Never have an issue with it.

We are new to the area and G-tel was recommended to us by several people. Nick came out and installed our internet today and was great. He explained what he was doing and what our options are very clearly. So far everyone at G-tel has been really helpful and nice. It has been a much better experience compared to companies like spectrum and verizon that we've dealt with in the past.

Gtel came and put in the landline I had requested and they were super efficient, timely, pleasant to deal with. The installers called and came to house right on time and no mess/no fuss, explained what they needed to do and a few options about the install. Damien and Brody were excellent. The phone sounds great!

I am very satisfied with the work that the 2 men did to install my new fiber optics but I have a wi-fi issue I can not get YOUTUBE it wan5s me to create a unique a new password for SSID. Netwook GTELEB8. But I can find nothing that tells me how to do it
