Geneva Post Office reported to Amazon that an attempt to deliver my package was made at 8:31 am. This is false. We were sitting here. No attempt was made. Nor was a slip left.

I have called several times on different days and the call is never answered. I was assured that my mailing of an important document with a return receipt would verify it's deliverly. The receipt came back without a signature or any identifing information. I received a package today that is so damaged that I cannot use it, The contents cost $60.00 and the shipper said it was fine when they mailed it. These people are on the same level as Fedex who also don't deliver.

Came in to get two passports done. Had to schedule a last minute appointment here because another post office couldn't take us and cancelled. Cathie was GREAT, handled everything seamlessly and took care of getting it done! Can't say enough good things.

I had a favorite post office back in Oregon and I was sure I would never be as happy with another post office. Turns out I was wrong- Geneva USPS is a great little office. I adore the staff- who are so helpful and friendly. We have never had issues with our mail hold or delivery. I also kept a PO Box here for a year after our move with no problems. I rarely wait for more than a minute or two to be helped and there is lots of parking nearby in the city public parking, out front or on Linden. Absolutely a top notch operation.

Geneva post office has the nicest, most helpful counter staff that I have ever encountered anywhere! Sure there are times when you might have to wait in line for a little bit but it's well worth it because you know you'll have helpful, friendly service once it's your turn.

Beautiful building and good service. It isn't unpleasant unlike most other post offices.
