The staff have always been very fast and helpful but you do need to update the hours online as they are incorrect.

The owner manager patiently figured out how I could print out a return label from Amazon through his system from an iPad, all while attending to a constant stream of customers. He could have easily told me there wasn’t a way leaving me with the problem. I’m a visitor to the area and simply had no other options.

Love this place but perhaps change your website to reflect actual hours. Went to website Sunday morning and all indications where that it was open until 11:00 p.m.. I drove down there and of course it was not open.

I had a package that needed to be sent collect back to the manufacturer. I was told that the store does not accept collect returns and we'll have to charge me $7 for the return. The woman working the counter really needs to work on her people skills. She was rude abrupt and not very helpful. Will let all my customers know about this.

Highly recommend! Rick was incredible with his care and attention to details when packing and shipping my fragile family heirlooms cross country recently. He took his time with each delicate antique piece (large and small) carefully wrapping and packing them to ensure they all made the journey safely to me. He was meticulous about how he packed framed pieces and photo albums to ensure I received the best value with the shipment. I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Thank you Rick and everyone at The UPS Store!

This place is great and knows their stuff! Unlike the UPS Store in Niagara Falls that didn't know only United States Postal Service can mail to overseas military bases!

Convenience is a major component for service. Driving over half an hour to deal with a human is not convenient. Also, the online UPS shipping estimate was WAY off. Over $8 higher when I got there. For that reason 3 stars, store employees are a 5.

The worst experience ever, overcharged for packing, were gracious enough to accept my pre-paid labels, but holding my items hostage for a month, cant get them shipped out.
